The hotel is basically good, there are many stewardesses

The hotel is clearly not 5 stars, in the corridor, near someone's door, there was a glass of wine for a day, the carpet obviously needs a good cleaning, like the soft headboard. For four (5-star hotel, if anything): no bathrobe, one pair of slippers, two bottles of water 0.5. I understand that of course you can ask for all this, but when the hotel is of such a level, it seems like they should have...

I would rate this hotel as 3*, but definitely not 5*. Pros. When I checked in, I was upgraded from deluxe to junior suite free of charge. Good soundproofing (perhaps because the room is at the very end of the corridor. Not bad location. Large comfortable bed. But. The "fatigue" of the rooms immediately catches your eye. Bed linen with stains, cigarette holes on the curtains, dirt and dust in the corners...

Breakfast is heaven on earth....friendly service .always smile the russian language seems harsh however the people are superfriendly

ROOMS ARE SMALL, FORMER HOSTEL .... AND THE MOST AWESOME => NO AIR CONDITIONING ... IN THE HEAT => WORSE THAN ON THE STREET .....

The Hotel reservation does not allow check in early, must have to wait until 15:00. The service was terrible.

Great hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Both bath and shower in the room.

I liked very much the breakfast it was open buffet with a lot of choices which suitable for everyone, even if someone didn’t get used to have breakfast i am sure he/she will find something things to have on breakfast

There was no heating in the room. The AC has no heating function. When I asked the reception about the room being cold they gave me an electric heater... in a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable. I ordered water to my room they just opened the door and entered the room without waiting for me to open the door. Staff don't have manners. For this amount of money paid my stay was disaster I suggest that...

The size of the room was good…generally the staff was pretty good and helpful

I really liked the hotel! Everything was good, clean and comfortable to stay! The staff was nice, the food was delicious, we had breakfast! We were really happy that we ended up in this hotel, although we didn’t book anything in advance! Overall, I recommend it!😊

A beautiful and very quiet hotel, located in a location close to the means of transportation, metro and buses... I booked a double room for my parents. The hotel is located next to the Moscow Research Oncological Institute named after P. A. Herzen. We took the Moscow Holidays tariff and also took advantage of Cashback with MIR. The hotel itself also has its own loyalty program. The parents also brought gifts from the hotel according to their loyalty program with accumulated points - T-shirts. The buffet is gorgeous...

Liked the hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Pleasant service. Conveniently located, metro station within walking distance.

Pretty decent rooms, quiet, especially if the window to the courtyard. The price tag is adequate. Excellent for a short stay on a business trip, stayed there several times, in different categories of rooms, both for one night and for a week. Breakfast is a buffet, but the choice of dishes is small, one might say - none (porridge, boiled eggs and several types of vegetables and fruits), coffee is tasteless

Cozy hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. The staff is polite. Approximately 12 minutes to the Dinamo metro station, a grocery store (shopping center) across the street from the hotel

Cozy rooms, reasonable price, friendly friendly staff. Awesomely comfortable beds, or rather mattresses - sleeps at 5+

The price-quality ratio is excellent, the rooms are clean, comfortable, helpful staff, walking distance to the metro. Definitely recommend 👍

I liked it very much. Cosy. Everything you need to spend the night (except food) is inside, if necessary, you can make a request.

Excellent hotel. Despite the fact that it is located within walking distance from the Third Ring (hence the name), it is quiet there. They offered two rooms to choose from: with a fireplace, and without. The room has a standard set of toiletries, but also a razor and a toothbrush. Kettle, coffee, tea, bottle of water: also available. For special occasions there is a projector: for 900 rubles a large...

I give five points for the price / quality ratio.

Super special. The housekeeper behaved like almost family ... very attentive and available at all times. I don't know how we finished that accommodation ... we had separated another one in the center; but upon our arrival they did not receive us and the man in the taxi received instructions to take us here. Very close to the DINAMO metro station.
