My favorite Moscow hotel. It's very cozy and the receptionists are incredibly polite. You won't find that at every Holiday Inn. I really want to go back; it's so clean and beautiful. A cosy and friendly place. I was invited to a Victory celebration concert which was very successful. The only sad thing I faced was very poor quality of coffee. In a hotel like this, it should taste much better.

Interesting architecture and cozy rooms—that's all I can appreciate in my first night. The reception staff were helpful. However, at breakfast (which itself was quite varied—a buffet—and delicious), the waiters were too insistent on taking away dishes, as if hinting against staying too long, even though there was almost an hour left in the breakfast area and it wasn't very busy.

I visited twice in a month. Each time: They provided a room of a higher category (the room is large, the hair dryer is excellent, the king-size bed is equipped with bathroom amenities, the balcony exit is closed, one time it was with a bath, another time with a shower. Great hotel. Clean, beautiful, and affordable. The room has everything you need. The room itself is cozy. There's free Wi-Fi, but don't count on it. It doesn't work, even though my phone connects to it.

An excellently located hotel. Especially I would like to highlight the administrator Elena. We were with a lot of bags for work, she helped to arrange them conveniently, without any complaints, and the room was free of belongings. A room with all conveniences, bath, tea, coffee, TV, bathrobes, slippers ... everything ... there is a shop around the corner, the most necessary things could be bought there...

Great hotel! Attentive and helpful staff. The room is comfortable and clean. You can order food both from the menu in the hotel itself and from other places. We really enjoyed our stay at this place!
