- the receptionist provides a very bad service I hope the management will read this fire them very rude receptionist,one of them put a middle finger on me I just want to connect and ask help for WiFi ,they don't speak English very poor communication ,they don't even smile to greet the guest or assist they just give the key and you do it yourself, when we booked this hostel it's said breakfast is included however no breakfast provided during our stay false information they post , And if you don't have a russian SIM card you cannot connect to their WiFi during our stay in Russian they have new rules in getting a tourist SIM card is not easy it will take days for you to get that's why we are not able to get there simcard,
