I visted this hotel, It is like a Jail, Prision,.. The hotel security behave like owener of hotel and rating can be followed as below cleaning=0, approchment =0, Furniture = 0, Toilets = 0 (Toilet for 6 Beds,), and Building = 0 it is oldest builind and not rennovated, Except rennaisance company no one are staying in the hotel. Only the besthing here is it located near by Big mall.

Old with the old Soviet hotel!!! Sooo netusa situation, there is not much dirt but carpet in room dirty, old dirt!!!
up to the third floor of a four-star, above - less. it seems that the hotel is in process of gradual renovation and the upper floors are decorated in the USSR :)
Start with the fact that the hotel in which you stay mainly shift workers. Those that drop out to work still holding, and those that watch home, they're disgusting, hence the conclusion, when I see in the way of a bunch of alcoholics. So what with children and all family better to look at other options.
The hotel is nothing to stop you. But I was in a period when there was no heating and it is all spoiled.... had to go to bask in the Mug... push-UPS and pull, turn on the warm water in the bathroom! Generally fun! Photos do not do cold.

Tin, old, not very clean hotel. The bathroom is all gloom, the tape rolled up the hoses from the soul. Nice and sympathetic girl at the front Desk.
Reminded the hospital. The smell of dampness, which does not disappear. The lack of wi-fi, compensated by a TV sized 10 inch tablet. Bathroom vanocka for birds.
Book ahead if you want an economy room, otherwise I get the feeling they will try and get you take a standard room (1750r), at least. Twice I arrived off the street and was told there were no rooms. Twice I asked again, and again, until they bothered to look and found a room free. Almost no english spoken. Rooms and bathrooms ok.
