A very decent hotel in all respects - cleanliness inside, stylish decor, excellent cuisine. Who cares about parking - big enough not to think about it from the word at all. There are showers for a fee, etc. What we liked was that we were at the peak time for Kazan when there are no places anywhere. We arrived without booking late at night. The administrator Lilia (a very polite and pleasant girl) got into the situation (the long journey tired my 2 children and my driver, we were driving from Yekaterinburg). One child was unwell. Lilia phoned those who had booked rooms and some who refused. Therefore, we got a room)))) happiness cannot be expressed in words because we must understand from the situation that all the hotels were completely packed, and the children were tired, unwell, and so they spent the night in the car, and I, as a driver, on wheels for a day, driving in the heat outside the window at 50 degrees, she also fell off her feet. In general, in addition to the fact that the staff is helpful, I would like to add that the food is delicious, the food is decent. The furnishings are very comfortable. The rooms are clean, there is wifi. Everything is cozy enough. And the most important thing is the price! The staff of the cafe is a little unfriendly and do not have time to serve visitors, the organization of the distribution of food needs to be changed a little.
