Excellent three-star hotel! No flaws. Clean, towels changed every two days, shower cleaned daily, tea set replenished daily. There's a safe, slippers, hairdryer. Soap for everything. That's all. The rooms are good. Don't count on a view from the window; you don't need one. It's right in the center, a very convenient location, close to everything. It's a 15-minute walk from the train station. The metro, the Kremlin, everything is nearby. Breakfast is modest but delicious, and there's a little bit of everything. Even national pies. There's a tour desk downstairs, and there are historical exhibitions and artifacts on each floor of the hotel. I recommend it to everyone!

I don't know about the hotel, but their restaurant is excellent!!! The prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. I finally tried horse meat there. I had some soup, and the meat was so tender, it just melted in your mouth. It's a shame they don't make that kind of thing in St. Petersburg. I also had gubadiya, a delicious and filling dessert filled with rice, cottage cheese, and raisins. It was absolutely delicious.

An excellent hotel with a great location and delicious buffet breakfasts. The rooms are spacious; our room, 332, overlooked Bauman Street. There's a kettle in the room, as well as tea and coffee, and a water dispenser on the floor. The hotel also has a tour desk and on-site parking.

Great location. Wonderful staff. There's a spa and a beer bar with very good food and a selection of drinks. Wonderful place. Very clean.

OMG, The laundry is a scam. I have used the laundry multiple times in multiple hotels in and outside of Russia. They charged me $97 USD for like 5 t-shirts and like few pairs of socks. This is complete daytime robbery. Beware.

Restaurant. waited 30 minutes only brought tea!
So wanted to get into your restaurant and such a disappointment. We ordered the zucchini after 15 minutes was told that they are not! Sitting 40 minutes so far brought nothing, still tea, right flushed of boiling water. spoons had to wipe yourself! On 50 minutes they brought us two dishes, after 5 minutes brought the vegetables
Pork skewers brought without adzhika although it was on the menu. Echpochmak brought cold though it needs to be hot.
When we brought the bill the waiter was a trainee ! And he tried very hard ! Second star for the waiter service!The waiter was polite!
