Hotel complex "Gulf stream" is situated in the business part of Kazan (Sovetskiy district), close to exit routes "Kazan - Naberezhnye Chelny" and "Kazan - Orenburg", a 30-minute drive from the airport and 20-25 minutes from the city centre. The property is accessed via a unilateral multilane road.

Good hotel, there is a fitness room with a pool and sauna, where I had a great swim and warmed up! Breakfast in the morning, from 7 to 10. The view from the window, however, is not very good, since it is located in a residential area.

The hotel is above all praise. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and everywhere, and not just at the Reception. Amazing breakfast! In general, I liked everything! Next time only here!!!

Everything is great! Since we checked in in the evening, the end of the workday, everything is clear, I think that's why the girl at the reception was tired. But we were in such a good mood that we tried so that she did not notice that we noticed))) And everything is wonderful!!! We put 5!

An excellent hotel with a free, for guests, pool and sauna, but there is a division by day for men and women. The whole family will not be able to visit the pool. The level of staff is quite high. The food is not bad and not very expensive. Clean, tidy hotel.

Excellent hotel. Every enterprise is defined by people. So: the girls at the reception are very polite, friendly. I was especially pleased with the compliment from the hotel. The room is clean, spacious. A very pleasant impression

It was going and clean. But breakfast was some bit later than we expected. And restaurant wasn't working at night. That's why we missed to taste their cuisine as we were only for a short time there

Honestly, the cleanliness of this hotel is not four stars!
Large stains on the carpet in the room. There is dirt everywhere in the bathroom: the curtain is just brown from the deposited water, the grout between the tiles has not rubbed off, you see, never, well, the connecting plinth on the bathroom is in the same style.
They asked to clean up the room, the sheet (the child smeared it with candy) was not changed, the garbage bag was placed in the closet (removed from sight).
The windows are very hard to open. Friends in another room did not close the window to the end.
The TV worked badly, there was heavy "snow" on the screen !!!
The set of brushes, bathrobes, slippers was one or two, that is, it was not checked.
The hair dryer is melted (!), Shocked, so it will be "fun"!
In general, the amazing is near, I have not seen this for a long time!
Four stars only for the large room size and buffet. But in my opinion this is not enough.

A very pleasant place. The room is clean and comfortable. Good, polite staff. There is a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. Too bad it's far from the center.
