We liked the hotel. Both the room and the SPA. They brought a complimentary cake, thank you. The shower leaves a puddle in the bathroom. There are no other drawbacks. And a very good breakfast.

My family and I spent an unforgettable vacation at the Kazan Palace by TASIGO hotel. My wife had a birthday and visiting the hotel for us was like a trip to a luxury resort. The beautiful old building of the hotel impresses with its ultra-modern interior and filling, the atrium alone is worth it!!! Large, cozy rooms with modern technology and decor, the Spa complex and restaurants will satisfy the taste of any traveler. I recommend everyone to visit this hotel at least once and you will remember it again and again!!!

Very good. But also very expensive. Although at today's prices this remark is debatable. I write this because I stayed in similar hotels (in terms of level and service), but the price tag was more moderate. This applies to both Russian hotels and hotels in Europe. I don't even remember China, the level of 4-star hotels there is higher than our 5-star hotels.

Everything is fine in the room for 17,000 rubles per day. Only the water is yellow when you fill up the jacuzzi. Desk with stains on the surface and shower gel cheap brand natura siberica. Probably if you add another 17.000 it will be better)

On the recommendation of a person who previously lived in this hotel, we went to sit in a cafe and at the same time look at the interior: very stylish with funny red, like cartoon figures! Although the hotel is located far from the center (therefore, I can’t recommend it for a short-term acquaintance with the city, there are many hotels with a better location) and on a hill (!), I recommend it at least to just stop by!

Excellent hotel!!!! Super spa, super restaurant, super rooms. The design of the hotel is a work of art. Super breakfast, super dinner. Everything is so delicious that you can swallow your tongue. Restaurant in the design of a winter garden, greenery and fig trees all around. Recommended for a holiday in Kazan! ?? There are some moments of cleanliness, but these are trifles, we think our wishes will be taken into account (dust on the phone and on the head of the bed, rust in the showers, )
