Crap hotel of 90 , a room key at night to give are unable, the guy from the reception just went to open each of the rooms, clean but faded towels, a sagging spring mattress, in the morning, leaking pipe flooded the entire room with water. 6T water in the morning was not from a single tap. Only soluble coffee including in the lobby. Breakfast is delicious, the restaurant everyone simply cannot accommodate the turn, turn, turn

Stopped at "super hotel" (according to the numerous positive reviews) for 3 days. Arrived at the hotel at 3 am. The man at reception greeted us as nezvannyj guests, although we were warned about such a late arrival. Ušatannyj room Suite with a very promising view (pictured), with a shrill whistle from the water pipes and constantly running the generator in the yard promised our family with a child sleepless night. Called room service to order something to eat in the room. We were told that the kitchen closed for the night, food and drinks in the hotel there. Found no bathrobes, Slippers, and the contents of the mini bar completely, including the water (remember, this Suite room in 4*). Asked in the room and bathrobes and Slippers. After the question "And you that not?" the employee brought a Bathrobe. Asked her about the mini bar. Again followed by the same question: "And you that not?". As if, it was, but I hid. 15 minutes later she brought 2 small bottles of water. About the other drinks, even out of the question. We asked her why the room is not pre-prepared for our arrival, and at 4 a.m. we should beg it all. The answer was, apparently, in the spirit of this hotel: "yesterday in this room the rest of the group, we're all cleaned up"... That means we did not understand.
In the morning our fun continued when we called to order Breakfast in room. It turned out that the hotel food there is not only a night... But we were pleased to see that you can order absolutely any! It's espresso or cappuccino. The concept of "any", apparently all different. Here such abundance!
Of course, accessories in the bathroom (cotton pads, sticks) you can no longer speak.... As well as about the room change and noise removal.
The hotel restaurant works only in the morning during Breakfast. To eat or to sit in the evening with a glass of wine, not clothing, outerwear, in this hotel there is no opportunity, you need to go across the street to the Banquet hall, where the choice of wines is limited to one semi-sweet red and a sweet bubbly.
Well-known personalities, photographs which adorned the corridors of the hotel probably do not even know that they once lived in this hotel.
Conclusion: the positive reviews on this hotel wrote hotel staff and the people who up to this hotel, apparently, been sleeping on the street.

Would put a -1!!!was in this hotel with a group of 11-12 April 2019.was booked back in January and had to live on one floor.the result:the spread on 5 floors,and two guys were given a room with ONE bed!!!!the buffet Breakfast is only a name.the lift was broken.good fitness lift to the 5th floor.The room socks and underwear from previous guests.In the corridor cookware on the floor of the restaurant.there is only one desire:to sleep faster and leave.DO NOT BOOK AND STAY IN THIS HOTEL!HE IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY AND NERVES

I was not lucky with this hotel. Seduced by the name. The location is perfect. The size of the room - classy. Breakfast - the horror. Coffee machine operates at 40 percent, and this four-star hotel. There were problems with the electricity in one of the rooms. The staff made efforts to address them. In order to sleep without the light, had to shut down the entire room, pulling out a map. It took three electricians and a bunch of nerve cells. For curiosity, I went to the toilet in the lobby. Even on two stars....
