The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are delicious and varied, the soundproofing is good, the rooms are large and clean, and towels, robes, and toiletries are provided. Overall, the price-quality ratio is reasonable. We'll definitely stay here again if we're ever in Kazan.

A good hotel, a clean room upon arrival, housekeeping during the stay. Everything is neat. The historic center is a 25-30-minute walk away. A pleasant stroll through a clean, beautiful city. The breakfast buffet is excellent; everything is delicious and fresh, and the menu is very varied. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant; it was good, except that I had to wait 40 minutes for dumplings and salad. The only inconvenience was that our windows on the 5th floor overlooked a kindergarten, where children are admitted at 7:00 a.m., and since it's summer, they meet children outside. This may be an inconvenience for some, as it's a bit noisy. But this doesn't spoil the overall impression of the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

My family and I stayed here for the May holidays. The weather was cold, so we were very pleased that the room was warm and dry. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the service was unobtrusive. The price is definitely overpriced during the holidays. The location is not ideal; many guests arrive by car, so the parking lot was full. Overall, despite the number of guests, the hotel maintains its standards.

I liked the hotel's location—not in the city center, but within walking distance of Kazan's main attractions, on a quiet street. The room was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a hairdryer. It was cleaned daily. Anything needed can be brought to you upon request (call reception). Of course, room service is available from the hotel restaurant. Each guest receives a robe, slippers, and a tea set. The room floor was carpeted. The TV worked, as did the mini-fridge (there's no minibar in the room), and the safe. The view from the window was of the wall of a neighboring building, but that wasn't a deal-breaker. There was air conditioning in the room, a work station, and plenty of outlets for charging devices. The excellent breakfasts are a definite plus. This is worth considering whether you're staying for leisure or on a business trip. Of course, the attributes of modern reality include masks (provided free of charge) and hand sanitizer. Everything about the hotel is clean. There are water coolers on the floor, and a kettle in the room, and the tea set is replenished daily. There's a pitcher of delicious, refreshing lemonade at reception. To the right of reception is a bar with TVs. To the left of reception is a restaurant where breakfast is served in the morning. By the way, you can add a glass of sparkling wine to this wonderful breakfast selection at your request. The hotel has ironing rooms and a gym, but we didn't use them. Overall, we really liked the hotel. They offer a shuttle service, but getting your own is much cheaper, of course. The automatic door at the entrance is a nice touch. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

I really liked the service at the reception, the girls were nice and told everything in detail about the accommodation. Interesting doors at the entrance group, unusual) And a drink with oranges in the lobby is generally something, few people offer this) Everything in the room is standard for such hotels, but I liked the possibility of ordering pillows in the room, additionally, of different types, and for free! in general, combined with an excellent location (quiet center) I recommend !!!
