My wife and I visited the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan in September 2020. We stayed at the "Vilyar Palace" hotel for 6 nights. A magnificent hotel. Before visiting, I read reviews on the Internet. The reviews are excellent. Our expectations were fully met. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. We also had breakfast at the hotel. The team of cooks is excellent. The cuisine is worthy of praise. The room has everything you need. As well as a paid minibar, bathrobes and slippers. The windows of our room overlooked Sankt-Peterburgskaya Street. There is a cooler on the same street. There were no problems with drinking water. Thank you for taking care of the guests. There is an electric kettle and tea bags in the room. A wonderful view from the elevator of the Kazan Millennium Park and Lake Nizhniy Kaban. The hotel staff deserves every praise. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

We lived on the night of the wedding, made a discount, made a compliment, just the highest service! The room is clean and comfortable, the bed was changed 2 times, the reception is pleasant, of all the hotels in which we lived in Kazan, this one is the best so far!!!

I liked the hotel. The room was clean but cold. The employees immediately solved the problem - they brought a heater. Thanks a lot!!! Many reviews write about parking problems. Indeed, the parking is small, but we were not left without a place. We drove out twice and both times found where to park the car. The breakfasts did not disappoint either. A lot of pastries, two types of cereals, chicken fillet, cheese, pancakes, etc. In a word, will you not stay hungry ?. In conclusion, I would like to once again thank the hotel staff for their attentive attitude towards guests. Thanks to you, I want to return to the hotel again and again.

Today we had dinner at the Bilyar cafe. Liked the chicken breast with olives. There is also a large selection of pastries for tea. Acceptable prices. We were satisfied, you can sit quietly and calmly.

My daughter and I stayed there from 02.11 to 04.11. To say that I liked everything is to say nothing. The staff is 100% customer-oriented. The rooms are very comfortable. All amenities, kettle, iron, dishes. The room is cleaned without reminders or requests. The criterion for evaluating a hotel for me is the child's opinion. My daughter said that we live like two princesses)))) I recommend it to everyone. We had breakfast included. Buffet. The menu is very varied. Thanks to the staff for their work.

Excellent stay in Kazan for the world cup. Location is great. Near the start of the Baumana Street, a nice walk to the Kremlin in Kazan.

Planning a wedding reception, could not ignore this beautiful hotel. However.. the Beauty of the hotel could not overshadow horrible service and attitude to customers.. we Went in the Christmas holidays. We put the Banquet menu to Read it.. we a special sense did not see, because it is not organized by a wedding every week. Asked them to help us with menu planning, on what received the answer: "girls, which is engaged in the banquets, not today".. Well there is no way.. the Holidays.. I Took the phone, called 4 days in a row (of which 2 days she already had to work)- neither answer nor greetings ... it's been 6 days.. checked in to this hotel again.. Girls which deals with the Banquet is still there, no one can not help you.. the Director of the restaurant at the presentation, the Director of the hotel for the meeting.. once again put our phone numbers.. And Again.. the day passed, and in the answer silence.. interesting.. They work for money? Or just the passports of employees took?.. Found another wonderful Banquet hall. But still waiting for a call.. Just for fun.. will Call back if and after how many days / weeks / months.. the Impression of the hotel is spoiled ((

Wonderful hotel! Stayed here for 4 nights in a superior panoramic room. Cleaning every day. Good (quite good, because it can be much more varied) breakfasts, everything is delicious and varied for 4 nights)) The view from the window is magnificent!! It was warm in the room! There was a small incident with ordering a sauna, the girl at the reception mixed up the dates, but they tried to resolve the issue in our favor, for which many thanks !! Dinners in the lounge restaurant are delicious, portions are large, served quickly!! The location of the hotel is excellent!! It’s also convenient to order excursions here, the price will be the same as in other places (on the street, etc.), but it’s convenient that the hotel agrees on everything)) I recommend this hotel, especially since it works with the friendi system, Where can I buy a coupon with 50% discount!!!

One of the favorite hotels in the city of Kazan. Cozy and clean rooms, great view of the Millennium Park. Panoramic elevator, beautiful restaurant, delicious morning breakfasts with a beautiful view of Ostrovsky Street. The girls at the reception are always courteous, look neat and beautiful, this approach to hotel guests is very pleasing. Prices per night are quite adequate for this part of the city.
