Excellent central location. We had an early check-out, and they offered us packed lunch boxes since breakfast was already paid for. Clean rooms, with everything you need.

The location is unbeatable! We were waiting for our friends in the bar and later due to rainy weather we decided to stay there for a coffee. The cozy atmosphere and service was simply amazing! Staff is very attentive and always smiling.

Great stay, beautiful and clean rooms and the front desk staff was wonderful. Breakfast was 15 Euros, but there were a lot of options. The hotel is on a pedestrian plaza, about 50 meters from the roadway. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Our room, especially the bathroom, was quite small. It was a decent room, nothing luxurious. The breakfast was nice, and they also offered some afternoon snacks, which was a nice touch. The receptionists were very friendly and polite. The location is absolutely perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! From the comfortable rooms to the amazing breakfast, everything exceeded our expectations. Getting tickets to visit the National Museum was a fantastic bonus, and the visit itself was really interesting. But what truly made our stay special was the staff...they were incredibly kind and attentive! On our checkout day, there was a power outage in a large part of the city, yet they carried our luggage down from the fifth floor and even managed to prepare breakfast for us. The only thing missing was tea, but that hardly mattered. I’ve never experienced such genuine warmth and helpfulness from a hotel team. Truly impressive, we cant wait to come back! :))

We had the pleasure of staying at Boutique Hotel Museum last week for three nights. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. From the helpful front desk staff for helping us connect with long lost relatives to the lovely furnished rooms to the complimentary breakfast. I loved the aroma when you first enter the lobby. Amazing! Thank You!

The location and general cleanliness of the reception were very good, the room was cleaned every day. Only the breakfast was a bit mediocre and repetitive.

I don't think I will come to this hotel in the future, nor will I recommend it to my friends.
First, the room is very small. This is a facility problem, which can be ignored, but the room is very hot. The air conditioner is set at 24 degrees. It should be fine at 24 degrees, but the room is very hot. If you want to adjust the temperature down, it is impossible because guests cannot adjust the temperature in their own rooms. We found the front desk and the waiter and adjusted it to 19 degrees. It was freezing at night, so we wanted to adjust the temperature. It was 24 degrees, and the room was hot again in a short while. The room was originally very small, and it was very hot in a short while. It was strange that guests could not control the air conditioner in their own rooms.
Second, the hotel did not say that any food and drinks were not allowed when checking in. After we checked in on the first day, we went out to eat and went back to the hotel without finishing the wine. The weather was okay at the time, so we sat at a small table outside the hotel to drink and chat. We took the half-can of beer in our hands back to the room without finishing the drink, and no one said anything. We also didn't know that the hotel would have a system that prohibits bringing drinks back to the room. The next day we were drinking beer and planning to sit at a small table outside the hotel, but we found that there was no small table. We thought we could sit at the hotel reception desk and chat for a while because the room was too small. The receptionist came over and said that we couldn’t drink our own beer here because it was a bar. There was alcohol for sale. We said we only had this can of beer, and we would go back to the room after drinking it and chat for a while. The receptionist said no. We said we would go back to the room to drink, but the receptionist replied that it was not possible because the hotel does not allow any outside drinks and food. I said we sat outside yesterday and you had a small table, but not today. The receptionist said it was because it was raining. We said it was raining yesterday, too, and we sat at the small table and watched the rain. The receptionist meant that we couldn’t drink here, but we could buy it. We couldn’t take it back to the room. We said we saw a foreigner bring food in yesterday, but you didn’t care. And you didn’t tell us yesterday when we took a half-finished can of beer, not to mention that we didn’t tell us this rule when we checked in at the front desk. This rule was not written in our Ctrip reservation. The receptionist meant that we had to go out. Whether you are a guest or not, or you threw away the wine, you can buy wine in the bar of this hotel.
This bullying attitude, the attitude of forced buying and selling, is determined to make it impossible for people to consume in your hotel. If you had made it clear when checking in, and informed the guests that if we violated the rules, it would be our fault, then we would admit it, but you want to treat guests this way today, and treat guests that way tomorrow, one day at a time. You are nicer to foreigners and are accommodating. You start to kick out Chinese people. It's a bit too immoral. Who dares to stay in your hotel in the future?
I thought Serbia and China have a friendly relationship, and I thought you would welcome Chinese guests, but you treat them differently. And this arrogant attitude. Too unfriendly.

Excellent location of the hotel in the very center of the city. But it has its downsides - noise at night. And I was also surprised that the staff at the reception does not say hello when you pass by.
