Very clean Hotel with excellent location and friendly staff, good value for money.

The hotel boasts a prime location, adjacent to Belgrade Fortress and within walking distance of the fortress and the city's pedestrian street. The breakfast is decent. Room sizes are adequate. Service is average. However, some of the hotel's policies are inflexible. One of our travel companions had a family emergency and couldn't travel; while refunds were negotiable with airfare and other hotels, this hotel resolutely refused to refund. This resulted in significant losses. Advance booking should be approached with caution.

The hotel facilities were good and convenient, and the service was standard and reassuring.

The room was quite clean, and the breakfast was quite good for a hotel of this level. However, the bathroom door in room 509 opened in the wrong direction, blocking the sink when open. Room 613 did not have this problem. Other unoccupied rooms on the 5th floor with their doors open were also fine.

Very satisfied. The room was very clean and close to the fortress. I felt the fortress was the most beautiful place in the whole city.

Located near the new city walk zone, it’s ideal to be in the city center.
Whilst the rooms are clean and comfortable, the carpets are not in good condition and just gives a poor first impression.
Buffet meal was tasty and sufficient. We are on a Balkan tour so just one night in the hotel.

The room was so small that we couldn't even put down our suitcases and open them. We had no choice but to make do with it for one night without unpacking them! It was also very noisy! The breakfast was terrible and we wasted our money and checked out without eating.

Was there with my wife and our four year old child. The room was large enough though we found one or two spots that weren't as clean as we expected. Service at the reception was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is at the center of the town and everything is close by foot.
For taxi I recomend the Yandex Go App. It's like Uber for eastern europe.
