On the Hotel Mar Garni, a simple 2*, clean an basic. For €50 is ok. However DO NOT SAY HERE FOR AT LEAST 6 more months. They are build a huge place next door and impossible noise starts 07:00am. Room tiny and breakfast is included and in

Just hop on the number 72 bus from the airport and get off at "Biodekor". On the way back to the airport you might need to take another bus 1-2 stops along the road to connect with the 72 in the other direction. Maybe not the hotel for you if you need to be in the city centre, but if you don't mind a short, free bus ride then it's actually quite well positioned.
I want to give kudos to all the staff there. Like, EVERYONE. They were friendly and helpful, always took care of us with a smile and extended welcome even if we asked for things we didn't know we need (i.e. luggage storage while we went for early morning shopping at Belgrade Waterfront and lunch at restaurant Kod Deda Stavre).
Place around the hotel might look a bit rough, but we had no issues and everyone was a superstar so I recommend this place!
