Super hotel with 5 stars! I stayed 4 months ago and I remember it fondly, the maids are very nice women, the rooms are top quality, the only thing is that there is no pool :) I had a problem with getting opiates, but Boriss, a great man, helped me a lot, I would also thank Nikolo when I needed girls, excellent staff, everything you need is always at your service, all the recommendations!Ill come again and again..

The receptionist Nikola is an excellent host and made sure I was comfortable. Also he upgraded me to a bigger room for free and let me check out late

Convenient location in terms of price/location. There is a tram stop nearby that takes you to the main attractions. Polite and kind staff that makes your stay pleasant. Thanks to Nikolo for promptly solving the problem with the room, informative advice on emerging issues. Everything is done at the highest level!

I won the lottery when I found this place!!! First of all, it’s super clean, everything is renovated, rooms are fresh and there’s everything you need for a very reasonable price. The people are amazing, and I could stay with my dog and a cat! I came to Belgrade to look for an apartment and I needed to stay somewhere for couple days, so these days at the Villa Ars were great, exactly what I needed. It’s quiet at night, there are shops nearby, plus they even have a parking lot right in front of the building. It’s close to the downtown so you can take a bus or a tram if you don’t want to struggle with parking. Housekeeping is also on a high level and they maintain cleanliness everywhere. Huge advantage is that the internet is fast.
I highly recommend you to choose Villa Ars if you want to relax and feel safe and comfortable🫶

We came at 22:30pm to check in. The receptionist was very cool and polite, showed us the room (the one we did not book but okay) and told that we have towels and an extra blanket.
When we came back from the city we realized that there were no towels and no extra blanket, reception was not working at midnight so we couldn’t ask anyone for it.
In the morning we came to the reception again but no one was there, I suppose they don’t work on Sundays.
We tried to call 2 numbers but no answer.
Also, shower did not work.
