I had a long stay at Mona Plaza Belgrade, and from the very first moment until the day I left, the staff treated me with exceptional care, kindness, and respect.
They upgraded my room to a larger one, helped me with everything I needed, and truly made me feel like a king — as if I were the only guest in the hotel, even though it has over 1,000 rooms.
Everything was perfect: the room, the cleanliness, the service, the staff, even the housekeeping. I honestly don’t have a single negative word to say.
To top it all off, they surprised me with a small gift at the end of my stay.

Overall, the main reason for my dissatisfaction was the room cleanliness. With improvements in housekeeping and service speed, the hotel experience could be much better.
The parking is private and underground. From what I understand, it has 34 parking spaces on two levels. Parking is paid (as mentioned on the website), but it is safe, and if you have an electric car, you can charge it free of charge. There are several charging stations available, not just one.
Breakfast was very good. This was our first stay here, and we will be coming back in a few days, staying here again.
