Everything was terrible except for the location and the cleaning staff! A scam! Beware. Breakfast is not included in the reservation; they charge extra when you arrive. The rooms are incredibly small, and the smell and noise make it impossible to sleep. I'll tell you what's worse: I lost my plastic room key, which is worth less than 1-2 Euros, and they demanded 20 Euros from me, specifically in cash. They said they wouldn't give me my room key and that I wouldn't be able to enter my room unless I paid the 20 Euros. Imagine such a disgusting incident happening to you on vacation. This is pure fraud and a disgusting situation! I will never go near this place again, and those planning to go should be careful.

On Main Street but just steps away from garage. 5 minutes walk from Belgrade fortress as well as from riverside bars. Perfect shopping and nightlife expirience

Room was so clean,comfortable and silence.Hotel has great location.Lady at reception so polite and helpful.

The bed was very comfortable and a/c worked very well and I could control the temperature. There were no smells and room was quiet and clean but the bathroom garbage was not removed though. Overall the room was much smaller than the pictures and my view from the window was back of the building unfortunately. I was hoping for the street view as I saw in the pictures. The breakfast was limited choice for a higher amount of money. I skipped breakfast but I would definitely recommend this hotel. The service is very good and the location is good. I was explained how to access the hotel after hours and I had no problem. I had a short but good stay.

Pros: - literally the saved my trip. - Airline canceled my flight and they were so accommodating. - Arranged the taxi for me. - Helped me to find the hotel. Literally, went to the taxi drop off. - Explained how the city worked. - Very friendly. - Good location. - Nice breakfast. - Big apartments. - Clean Cons: - stairs. Even there’s an elevator, you will need to use some stairs so bring light luggage. - Small rooms. The staff was so friendly and accommodating that we would definitely come back when in Belgrade.

If u are looking for a cozy place, centrally located - this is right choice . Price/service best match ! I stayed here several times- every time was amazing experience, since staff is 100% dedicated to guests needs . Rooms are very clean, service is excelent.

Great stay for 1-2 nights! Rooms are clean and well maintained, yet really small. Despite being placed in a crowdy street, it’s calm inside. Receptionists are super nice and cooperative.

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. I hate to say that breakfast was a real dissapointment. Small room, orange juice was out when I got there, didn't have coffee because it seemed to had to be supervised by staff that wasn't there... out of sweet pastries and didn't refill. So not good breakfast.
