A very nice hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, we had two twin beds and a sofa & tv. Bathroom is spacious with shampoo/conditioner blend provided and a blowdryer. There is a coffee maker but no supplies to make coffee. Hotel has a ramp and small elevator, as well as stairs. It is very close to two small grocery/corner stores and 3 restaurants. There are no attractions nearby so a taxi or transit (free) must be used. Breakfast is the morning g is fabulous with a large selection of meats, cheeses, salads, eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruits etc.

another hotel on the tour, it was clean and modern. The room was a comfortable size with enough space for our luggage. The beds were comfortable. For just a few hours to sleep, it was fine. Plenty of food options for breakfast including hot and cold items.

It was very clean, it may be the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. It was definitely very comfortable and cozy, the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, it was the best hotel in Belgrade, it had no shortcomings.

The beds are the most comfortable that I have ever slept in! The breakfast has something for everyone, eggs, bacon, seeds, walnuts, pitas and more and everything is delicious! The staff is very kind and the place is immaculate! Love it! Clean everywhere and kind staff (even housekeeping). They get five stars from me!

In the room I found the coffee machine but there are no coffee capsules or even a tea bag 😳!!! No welcome biscuits or snacks. In the bathroom there are no bathrobes or slippers ... and there are not even the toiletries promised in the advertisement ... in the shower a cheap shower gel dispenser. The room upgrade promised by Booking for 0.10 euros turns into 9.72 euros and the room was not upgraded, even though the hotel is practically empty 😐 Upon arrival I had to park in the garage ramp, which was closed. There was no other outdoor space for temporary parking while I went to the reception to check in. (Delivery of documents, collection of the key, etc.). In the meantime, a hotel employee arrives with a service van and starts honking like a ****** ... Where was I supposed to put my car, in my pocket ...? Huh?! After a 1036 km car trip, Northern Italy, Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia, it doesn't seem like the best welcome. The lady at the reception should learn to answer with a smile to the customer who smiles at you... That's all for now. Let's see the night and tomorrow how breakfast will be. Then I'll report back...

I am telling my Abba hotel experience
The location of the hotel is far from the city center. The rooms are new but small (maybe I was given a small room no:508)
The bed of the room makes noise even when turning left and right. I was not satisfied at all.

The breakfast room is big but the breakfast menu is not of good quality. The dough of the pastries was too thick.

The staff at breakfast was rude. (When I put the plate on the counter for a few seconds to fill it with orange juice, he warned me not to put it there.)

Only the free bottle of water in the room was nice.

A good tourist/business class hotel a few kilometres from the centre of Belgrade. Unlike many similar type of hotels this one is a few blocks back from the main road meaning a good quiet stay but a walk to dining and public transport options. The room was a good size with a nice antique photo as a bed back board. The bed was comfortable and bathroom quite spacious. Water pressure and temperature control was excellent. The internet was easily accessed and fast. The hotel is serviced by a single lift but not having an enormous number of rooms means no lift access issues during peak check out. No noise leakage between rooms was noticed. The continental breakfast was better than most with a wide selection of options. Staff service was fine. In summary, a good accommodation option.

the hotel has a nice location near the city center and near the airport. the rooms are clean, there is a safe, room service, coffee and tea jug, bathrobe, slippers. breakfast is at an enviable level.
