As an Accor Elite member, I was thrilled with my upgrade to a beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable room. The handwritten welcome note and delicious baked goods were such a thoughtful surprise. The location is unbeatable—I was able to walk everywhere in the city and never once needed a taxi. Every staff member I met was genuinely engaging. I was honestly sad to leave! I cannot fault a single thing.
We only went here for 1 night, fine place and room. Just a weird kind of smell in the room. Complimentary water, tea and coffee. Overall better than my 5-star hotel experience at Metropol Palace in Belgrade.
But the room they allocated to me on the top floor did not look like in pictures at all and I was extremely disappointed. The receptionist's explanation was rather silly as well, so I think I wouldn't give this property the second chance.
