Great location… overall OK

I really appreciate the manager's attention in quickly resolving the problem with my reservation. I am 100% very satisfied with the pre-stay service and we are looking forward to be there next week and I am sure that our stay will be amazing.

I have a trip in 9 days and my reservation was just cancelled by the hotel, without any explanation. The reservation was made months ago and now I will have to look for another hotel and pay more. A total lack of respect for the customer. I do not recommend that you trust such an establishment.

Keep out of reaching with a suitcase - it is a Stone Road so No posdibility to move a suitcase with whells on

This hotel is quirky and in a fantastic location. The rooms were very clean. The staff, especially the restaurant manager are great. I did not catch his name, but the restaurant manager at breakfast everyday was phenomenal. Very friendly, and remembered what we liked every morning. Location is a bit disguised when looking for it the first time. The hotel is in a VERY noisy part of town. There are local musicians and locals singing. Heard them after midnight. NOT a fault of the hotel, but bring ear plugs. AC worked great, and breakfast was ordered off a menu with lots of options if you are gluten or lactose free. I would stay here again.

Lovely hotel in the center of town, with a reception open 24/7. clean and comfortable rooms, there is WiFi, air conditioning, a mini fridge and a hairdryer. The position is excellent, everything is at walking distance. Rooms are on two floors but keep in mind there is no elevator. Breakfast is served a la carte but there are many options. I highly recommend staying here during your visit of Belgrade!

Fantastic location- it feels like I am staying with extended family- our group have been exceptionally well looked after. Breakfast very generous, staff delightful and we have thoroughly enjoyed staying in this area! Thank you for the very warm Serbian welcome!! Karen from Australia

Amazing experience and awesome hotel... we just come back from a weekend in Belgrade and was awesome... big part of it was the amazing team this hotel has, specially Ivana on the reception and the super nice breakfast girl ( didn't got her name) . you both made our Belgrade experience a memorable one... thank you so much for everything and will definitely recommend your hotel as reference to my network in Amsterdam , when someone is traveling to Belgrade. хвала вам пуно Ivana

I was unlucky enough to book an appartement for three nights (NON SMOKING). As soon as I entered the appartement it smelled like an ashtray, it was absolutely disgusting. It was late so I unfortunately had to spend one night in this disgusting place. Initially the owner told us its not their problem and were just going to have to deal with it. After contacting booking.com they agreed to conpensate us for the remaining two nights. We booked a new hotel. Later they informed us that were out of luck and we wont be getting any refund at all. Disgusting hotel, lying, cheating disgusting owners. Never go here!

Bunch of scammers. Give you a no-smoking room that smells like an ashtray, then they tell you to find something else yourself and do not give a refund.
