First of all, the biggest highlight of the hotel is definitely the staff. All employees were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. They truly made us feel valued and welcome.
We had no issues with breakfast. There was a wide variety of options, and the food was constantly refreshed as items ran out. Everything was well-organized and clean.
Our room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. We were also very satisfied with the cleanliness; it was cleaned thoroughly every day with great care. The beds were very comfortable, and we woke up feeling well-rested.
The hotel might feel a bit far from the city center for those who don’t like walking, but transportation is very easy. You can reach the center quickly by using the free bus number 27.
Additionally, having a Jumbo store and other shops located right under the hotel building is a great advantage.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. It’s definitely a hotel we would choose again and happily recommend to others.
The food is adequate; however, dinner is quite modest, with rather small portions.
The staff are friendly and the service is good.
The meeting room is quiet and suitable for work.
The hotel is next bus and tram stop and in walking distance from Vukov Spomenik.

- loosen front door which are vibrating as window is opened
- doors are so thick that you can hear ALL from hall
- remote controller is incorrectly programmed so... good luck with changing volume
- window is so nice to keep making you hear all the wind and street noise
- calling the reception to change the room for more quiet? "In the morning" this is the answer - but how can I sleep?

Guess 2 stars are take from sky.
Location ok but the rooms are not clean. The cleaners don’t clean, they just put back the pillows and the blanket. I stayed 2 weeks here, I put a mark on the blanket was the same one the whole time. Also, they don’t remove the used glasses … you wait for a lift with an employee, he goes in first and tells you sorry I’m going down, wait next one. Each lifts work independently, so you have to press on all of them to have one coming. The breakfast is the exact same everyday, with sometimes little insects in the salad and cucumber. The photo I post is after they did the bed. Never again !
