Hotel Turist in Kralevo

Dated basic hotel but clean.
Not many options available in this area. Hotel was run down and in need of modernising. Room was dated, bathroom was so small could hardly sit on toilet. Also teenage party the night we stayed so was very noisy u til 1 am.Breakfast was simple but edible.

I don't know if all the rooms are in the same state, but ours was far from the 4* hotel that it's advertised to be. The carpet was stained and dirty, there was a literal hole in the floor in the doorway, the furniture looked like it was sanded (probably due to the wear and tear). We had a two night stay for a wedding we were attending and paid a reduced price because of it. Therefore we didn't want to complain or raise an issue. Had it been any other occasion, we would have asked to switch rooms or changed hotels, to be honest. What was good were the staff, friendly, very accommodating and helpful.

I have traveled the world in my life. I've seen everything. . But, I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED this kind of villagerness and disrespect of own guests. Never IN MY LIFE. I'm just at the hotel. Folk music blares from 7 p.m.! It is so strongly played that you can hear it not only in the hotel, but also at the square where it is located. Everything is blaring with music from hotel. When I asked the reception how long it lasts, it lasts until 00:00. When I asked if this is a hotel or a tent for weddings and if there are any house rules that guarantee peace to guests who pay for their stay, at least from 22-07, the receptionist had no answer. Nothing, he is silent. The horror of unprofessionalism, disrespect for the most basic postulates of the hotel industry! I would never bring even a dog here again. SHAME!!! U životu sam proputovao svet. Svašta video. Ali, ovakvu seljaniju I nepoštovanje mira sopstvenih gostiju U ŽIVOTU NISAM DOŽIVEO. Upravo sam u hotelu. Muzika narodna trešti od 19h da se sve ori! Ne samo hotel, već i trg na kom se nalazi trešti od muzike. Kad sam upitao recepciju do kad traje, traje do 00h. SRAMOTA!!!
