Random stop to 2 days. We had accommodation with half board. Dish was tasty. On rooms and lift was zepter clean air machine. Hotel is localized in the centre Vrnjacka Banja. The hotel has own undergroud garaze. I recomented.

Food is not as it should be at a 5-star hotel. Vegetables and rice are always overcooked.

It's in the center. Best location.
Rooms are fine . Comfortable bed's. AC , tv , small balcony.
However the hotel needs little bit improvement. Dining room should be improved, spa I just fine. Parking is free Infront of the hotel.

Nice hotel, situated in the centar of the city. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were great, clean but a little smaller than I expected from a 4-star hotel. The stuff is polite and friendly. Well organised weekend evenings with live music in the lobby bar. I enjoyed the time spent for prolonged weekend.

The apartment we booked on Zepterme Hotel was clean with plenty of towels, great view, kitchen appliances. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. From the terrace you could see the central park and a part of thr city. Really nice view and location right on the walking alley. We had a small problem with finding parking but the receptionist came to our help. Would definitely come back here.

At first glance, the hotel façade looks nice from the promenade, but the reality inside is very different. The carpets are full of stains, walls haven’t been repainted in years, and the furniture is outdated and damaged. In our room, we found an old Zepter air purifier from the 1990s, covered in dust with filters that clearly haven’t been changed for years – ironic for a brand that promotes health and cleanliness. The wardrobes are in terrible condition, the elevator smells of dust and looks unsafe, with cables hanging from the ceiling. The so-called renovation was done poorly and superficially, so the hotel still feels stuck in the 80s and 90s. This is nowhere near a 4-star standard – realistically, not even 3. A big disappointment and a real shame for the Zepter brand. The management urgently needs to invest in proper renovation and maintenance.

The location is very convenient, but the hotel is old and the staff are OK.

This is a 4-star hotel and the rating is just about right. The rooms are on a small side and, somewhat unusually, staff come to check the mini-bar very early in the morning.
Breakfast is fine and the location of the hotel is in the very heart of the town.

Nice room with great air-conditioning. Late checkout at 11 was great. Good gym. I liked that that the hotel dinner went till 21. I usually stay at Hotel Fontana, which is more expensive, but i think Zepter is better, so I'll come here again!
