All around great place. The restaurant menu is a little boring but the location and amenities make up for it by a lot.

This is a secluded island and perfect getaway if you looking to unwind and relax without any crowds. The beach is more for snorkeling. The resort is extremely comfortable.

Lovely people and helpful. We did a great trip out from there. Rooms are a bit worn and could do with an up grade. Food was good value but service was a little amature. Pool was lovely and local wildlife eat from your hand. Near the airport but only 3 boats a day to mahe and no shops or other resturants that we could see.

An amazing retreat and lovely staff at that. It is on an island though, which makes it slightly off. If however, you want rest and peace, it is highly recommended. Somewhat expensive though. Remember to bring what you might need, and do not buy that on Eden island, prices there are meant for the boating people. I would give it five star, but the snorkelling it’s not good at all on the beach in front. The water was churning up and the visibility was very bad. We went to another hotel, Surf Island resort, 10 minutes walk along the beach and the water was blue and clear. This place is like paradise!!! They have all the facilities for a real 5 star hotel. The villas are spacious, luxurious and comfortable, located directly to the amazing beach where you can enjoy the breathtaking views and unbelievable sunsets! The buffet is good. Let's address the elephant in the room: Eden Bleu is not on a beach. If you demand to step directly from your air-conditioned room onto a stretch of pristine sand, I suggest you invest in a pair of very expensive stilts or manage your expectations. We love to rent an apartment in the secured residential area when staying on Mahe. Beautiful and large apartments, a lot of sport activities, beaches and swimming pools and a very nice restaurant. We love to be a car free there and move with the golf cart in that area. Outside of the residential area there is a European style supermarket and plenty of good restaurants.

Eden island is the place to stay in Seychelles! It's a luxurious gated community with everything you need for a great vacation. They have restaurants, shopping mall, gym, tennis and padel courts, swimming pools, fantastic beaches...there is nothing missing. This is a very clean and incredibly green oasis.

The villa is in a lovely location but it's a bit outdated. Some maintenance needs to be done. Toilet flush fell down in more than 1 room. Old toilet flush is an issue in other villas as well. Cleaners cleaned good. No bad smells from humidity. Lovely beach location. Stunning beach with lots of sea life.

Perfect place, the best in Seychelles! There's everything for good rest in one place. Luxury apartments, personal golf club car as transport on the island, beautiful views, beaches, pools. Shops and restaurants also here. Medical centre for pcr test here too.

Is a nice place, the only inconvenient was, for check in they have the office at Eden plaza entrance... Not so practical for clients...

Amazing staff, property and location! Terrible breakfast.

For what is advertised as a five star hotel, we werr disappointed. The staff were lovely and attentive but our breakfast was served cold on soggy bread, there was very loud drilling coming from building and our bathroom had dust over the surfaces. For a 2 night stay before flying home, it was all that we needed, but wouldn't stay again or recommend.

A small cozy hotel. Suitable for spending 1-2 nights there before the regatta, not suitable for a longer vacation. There is no beach nearby. The staff is very responsive and friendly. They answer all possible questions, help with calling a taxi. The breakfast is delicious, a choice of several options on the menu.

We just spent the weekend with my family at the guest house. Marianne is a great host and we had very hearty laughs during our conversations. Mariealine is such a great host. She is very kind and flexible. She offers free drop off to the airport. Rooms are clean and well-equipped in the kitchen and bathroom. They even have washing machine available to use. There's also a convenience store just outside the house.

The room was very lovely prepared for us. The manager gave us twice a free lift - to get some dinner in the evenig and in the next morning to the airport. The only negative point is, the room was not so well soundproofed. Overall a very nice place to stay before your flight!

Very friendly people and spacious house with american kitchen. They have washing machine and medium size fridge available. They were also very kind to pick us and drop back to the airport. Very good value for money, located far but close to the airport. Clean amenities, however the closets were not cleaned.

The plus is that there is a kitchen. Overall, it's a normal hotel. You shouldn't expect anything better.

This is a great place to stay while in the Seychelles, only 200M from the beach, 8min drive from the airport and about 12min drive to the capital Victoria. The facility is well secured with air conditioning, constant water supply and even a little swimming pool. THE apartments are self catering so you buy your own groceries. The public transport buses also make stops like 300M away.

Fair place to stay a night or two. Many of the structures fittings are dated, but the Tv and Wi-Fi are modern. Pool is small but comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Not a mainstream place. Ideal for relaxing in large groups. Bus access to main centres easy and convenient. Close to airport.

I would give Villa Rosia a 10 out of 10. I was recommended this place by a friend very last minute, and I have absolutely no regrets. Nicole, the owner, is extremely responsive and managed to accommodate me for one night on short notice. She and her husband run the place, and everything is very well organized. An absolutely wonderful stay here at Villa Roscia. Such a warm welcome from Nicole and family. We were thrilled with our room with a beautiful sea view. All rooms had access to the terrace overlooking the bay. Excellent room with a great deal of care taken over presentation. Very clean - everything spotless. Good breakfast in the morning on the terrace with a stunning view. A truly first rate experience...

A wide magnificent view from the terrace, a comfortable clean room with daily housekeeping, filling breakfasts, and a 5 minute walk to the long seashore of Beau Vallon beach.... Such a pleasure to have stayed here!

This is a lovely hotel, would recommend to anyone going to Mahe. The room was big and clean with a great sea view. And the balcony view was amazing! If you’d like, the hotel will make you dinner on the balcony, which I highly recommend.
