I made a booking via ******* and the property owner later informed me that there were no rooms available after our ferry had already landed in Mahe. We were stranded at the ferry terminal with no where to go at 10pm at night. I asked the owner to refund me and there has still been no refund issued!! Please check with them first before making a booking is my only advise!! This happened to us multiple times in Seychelles where property owners false advertised availability or rooms weren’t ready for us upon arrival.
The place was large with nice views and super close to the airport. Not close to shopping so get your stuff before you get there. However the host offered to drive us for dinner, etc. and did provide a free transfer to the airport. Only two complaints. One is the air conditioning is only in the bedroom upstairs. It gets pretty hot downstairs. The other was that there was a used bar of soap in the shower and assorted left over toiletries in the bathroom. Also some leftover food in fridge. That’s a bit gross, but otherwise very clean and the hostess was super friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place for a short stay and would revisit if I had an early flight out or late flight in for sure.
