A nice hotel with a good quality/price ratio. The breakfast was OK, nothing special, after so many positive reviews that mentioned breakfast, we've expected something more. Plus: free private parking, friendly staff. Minus: carpets in room would deserve some care, the AC was kinda loud , tap water was hot for a few minutes when you opened it, so you had to wait for it to get to usable temperature....

The room we rented had two beds and a sofa, presented as a bed. A small tv was also there. We also had wifi. Room temperature was way too high, but you could always open the window. Overall it was a good stay.

The room was a bit small, but the balcony was spacious and lovely. I was confused about breakfast — I asked the waiter where to eat, and he gave me a menu with very limited options. We had dinner here. I had the Pasta Taglaita which tasted wonderful. The beef was good and tender. The price was also extremely reasonable, I'm used to this quality food being much more expensive. A wonderful restaurant which I would definitely visit again if I am in the area again. I would also recommend the Lemonade.

We've had several family celebrations at the hotel restaurant, and I must say, everything was top-notch. I praise the organization of the celebration, and the waiters' performance during the celebration was excellent. They were prepared, friendly, and smiling, and nothing was a problem. The reception team is absolutely fantastic, the rooms are beautiful, and I have a room on the 13th floor with a stunning view of Bratislava and Austria. I've been coming back for years. 5 stars for the team and the hotel.

When we got to the room, we noticed it was only set up for one person, despite it being a double. There was no hot water, and the sink was clogged. They quickly fixed it, but we felt it showed a lack of attention to detail. The shower hook was broken. For a four-star hotel, we weren't expecting this.

The hotel was beautiful and perfect for a one-night stay. The breakfast service is a la carte as opposed to a buffet which makes a nice change, although the service is a little slow.

This is a well-known hotel and restaurant that has been renovated after many years, with the wellness area still awaiting reconstruction. In summer, you can enjoy the terrace. The food is very good, and a new weekly menu is introduced every week. You’ll enjoy it!

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Our bathroom had a very large bath that you may want to ensure that you have a rubber ring available :-) The only negative that I would highlight is that the breakfast is over-priced for what you get which, wasn't very good either but, apart from that, a wonderful hotel to stay in. I stayed in a twin room as a solo traveller. The room was spacious, clean and nice. I think it is worth more than the price. However, it was quite far from the station and it was quite a climb up the hill to get to the hotel.

Location beats everything else. It's in a quiet beautiful neighborhood with lots of stores and cafes nearby and really close to the castle, city center and railway station. Bed was really comfy, the room was clean, though you might have to remind your host to put toiletries in the bathroom.
