The hotel is convenient for travel and is close to Andre Street and many food stores. It is recommended as the best choice for travel and stay. The room feels very good. This is the second time I choose to stay here.

Hotel was beautiful and the gym was amazing. Only slight complaint was that the lady who checked us in was not the friendliest and not informative, as well as the cleaning of the room was not as detailed as i would expect from a luxury hotel.

I didn't know it was a Starwood hotel when I booked, so the quality was pretty much guaranteed! It’s okay, not the best not the worst It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. We stayed in this hotel for only one night so it's hard to make any conclusions but we expected clean room, some basic equipment in the kitchen and short distance to Tatranská Lomnica and Starý Smokovec and like I said our expectations were fulfilled. The hotel looked great, was well decorated, decent enough breakfast and close to the old town. The spa was a welcome addition! The check out at this property is 10AM. I have not been to a hotel with as early check out time as this in a long time. If you ask them for late check out you will be lucky to get 11AM. Past that they will try to charge you a 1/2 day fee. The hotel is a bit dated now. I have stayed here several times for the past 3 years and there is zero upgrades/maintenance.
