The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway entrance and a food street downstairs. It's on a high floor, with the lobby on the 9th. The rooms are quite spacious and the facilities are relatively new. The breakfast is especially great – they even have instant noodles that you can prepare yourself, which I absolutely love! Very good!

The environment is great, and I had a very comfortable stay. It was also convenient to order takeout. The service attitude was good, and there's a convenience store, coffee shop, and restaurant all on the same floor. Overall, a very good experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the subway exit. There are plenty of dining and coffee options nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. The lobby is on the ninth floor, and there's also a convenience store there, which is handy for grabbing some banana milk on the way back to the room.

Clean and tidy, with convenient transportation, the subway is right downstairs, though some lines require a bit of a walk within the station. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is quiet! The service is also excellent, there's a 24-hour gym, and a 7-Eleven in the lobby. Recommended!

Disappointing and Unwelcoming Customer Service
I was very excited to visit, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. The staff displayed an incredibly impersonal and cold attitude. There were no smiles, no welcoming greetings, and they seemed deeply annoyed when asked a simple question due to the language barrier.It felt like a very transactional interaction where foreigners are tolerated rather than welcomed. I noticed local customers received much better, more attentive service. Any celeration birthday or ceremony, dont select this hotel, nopersonal, front desk unwelcome attitude, poker-face, no service. hotel will NOT care about your request, always say follow policy. late check out after 11.00, hotel penality.

Overall, the hotel was decent. The bedside had charging sockets, but room 1123 had constant creaking and popping sounds, probably due to thermal expansion and contraction, which kept me up all night.

Both the front desk and room service were exceptionally good this time! Everyone was incredibly warm and proactive in greeting guests. The hotel's location is also excellent, right outside the subway exit! It was a lifesaver for my tired feet after a day of walking uphill. There's also a 7-Eleven and Olive Young nearby, so every evening I could conveniently pick up snacks and cosmetics to try back at the hotel. As for the room, it's similar in size to a standard room at a Hanting or All Seasons Hotel in China, but the bathroom is very spacious. Two girls can comfortably get ready in there in the morning without feeling cramped, which I was very pleased with! Overall, if you're exploring the Sinchon area, this is a great hotel.

I specifically looked for a hotel that could accommodate a family of three. The location is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Really great! The location is superb, and the front desk staff can communicate in basic English. There are plenty of food options downstairs, including a convenience store and a Compose Mega Oy. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
