One day, the room wasn't very good.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. There were still a previous guest's underwear left behind, and the sink was full of hair. Also, there's no charging outlet by the bed.

Lobby had a few refreshments and free flow of water, which is really good. Self service.

Toilet is ginormous, equipped for geriatric tourists? Why would I need a back rest and a commode if I’m travelling? Best part was there was no place to hang a hand towel and hand soap was not provided.

Cleanliness is not there. Room was not cleaned for all 3 days of stay. On first entry of the room, had hair on the phone, on my pillow and UNDER the blanket. 1 long strand each. Room (on 2nd floor) had a musty smell which lingered.

Pillow was either very hard or very soft, nothing in between.

Location wise, was okay if u bought a climate card, 4 bus stops and 2min walk from the mrt. Have convenience stores nearby, but location is not near to Seoul city centre or anywhere else apart from Achasan.

Oh, nowhere did it mention that aircon for the ROOM is “spoilt” or under servicing. Trip.com chat from the hotel only wrote in the sea of paragraphs that there is no aircon in the hotel (which feels like a fine print and hope u don’t read it kind of thing and i assumed it was the hotel lobby or something).. it was so hot without aircon in the day, and too cold in the night. I raised it up with the hotel staff and they said they’re doing gas works until 1 may, then he said 1 April. Then I complained to trip.com and asked if I could move to another hotel as it was quite uncomfortable, but trip says they need a few hours to see if the cancellation is even possible. When I got back to my room in the evening, miraculously the gas works has been done for my room and the aircon was working again.

Value for money for a big room with a not so expensive room rate. Location is average and not suitable for first timers in Seoul because going to the main attractions can be a hassle, due to multiple rides of either bus or subway. I said hard for the “first timers” because there will be multiple transport needed from and to the city center.

But because we’ve been here in Seoul for many times already, it was more of an exciting experience for us because of the “local vibe” for the food and the place.

It is not a busy and crowded place so we got to enjoy the surroundings and we have experienced how to be a local here. Many local small and medium restaurants nearby offering traditional food that are more low-priced than the city center.

If you like the experience of frequent walking to and from the subway or bus station to your hotel, local vibes with local food nearby, quiet and relaxed town, this is the place to be!

Finally, the location of the hotel is very near to the airport bus station!

At dongdaemun district, but not market, smell cigrate during first night stay, getting better on 2nd night, dont know is culture or what, no aircon provided.

Great location! The bus stop is just a minute away, and the subway station is a 10-minute walk. Within 30 seconds, you have access to three coffee shops and convenience stores. The staff are super polite. A special shout-out to the guys at the reception! On our last day, before check-out, they even ordered coffee for us from a nearby cafe. They're very helpful with recommending local attractions, navigation, and can even order things from Coupang for you. I plan to stay at this hotel again in October.

And a big thank you to the Russian-speaking cleaning staff for the immaculate cleanliness! Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel was surprisingly good, exceeding all expectations! It has all the facilities and amenities of a five-star hotel, and the room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The bedding quality was also excellent, and the bathroom was very spacious. The hotel's location is also great, not far from the subway, and there are plenty of amazing food options along the way. It was truly fantastic, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Korea!
