When you check in, you ring the doorbell at the entrance, and the owner comes right away. They explain the facilities and give you the auto-lock code, and after that, you have 24-hour access.
It's generally very quiet, but the walls are thin, so you can hear conversations and footsteps.
There's no private toilet or shower; they're shared. You can also hear the sounds from the toilet and shower, so you immediately know if someone is using them. There's a cat, so if you have a cat allergy or don't like cats, I wouldn't recommend it.
The room itself was spotless, not a single hair out of place, but the shared shower room felt a bit less clean, and I noticed some bugs flying around even in March. I usually stay at guesthouses in the same price range, and the cleanliness of this room was the best I've ever experienced!

The location is fantastic, super close to the subway station and not at all secluded. The price was really affordable. The owner was so patient, waiting up for my late-night check-in and explaining all the facilities in great detail. And the cat was absolutely adorable! I hope to visit again soon.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-6 minute walk to the subway station, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, so I had a very quiet night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and check-in was quick. The little cat was also super cute! Overall, it offers great value for money and is perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

Great location! There's a bus stop and a subway station right outside. The room was really clean too, and the little cat was so cute! The owner was also very nice.

Handy location close to bus and metro. Nice welcome by the owner. Nice to be able to use the kitchen and washer.
Cleanliness could be better, I dropped something and it fell behind the bed. When I moved the bed there was a lot of dust nests and dirt.
Very noisy at night. Every evening from 23:00 until 01:30 a droning (bass) sound sounded in my room.
I asked the owner to shut it down, but according to the owner it was someone’s hairdryer. It did not sound like that at all, so I asked the owner if I could cancel, but he said no.
Then on the second, third and fourth night it happened again. Again, I asked the owner to please turn it off, but he said he did not hear it inside the house and it should be sth from outside and I should close the window (which was already closed…)
It sounded more like an aggregate on the roof of the building and the owner did not do a thing about it. I could not cancel according to him because of it, so I would not recommend this place.

Super clean place, and the location is insane! The airport bus (6002) is literally a 3-minute walk, and the subway is super close too. Best part, the resident cat that greets you every time you come back. It felt just like coming home. 10/10, will be back for sure!

It was cozy and clean! The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport. It's also very convenient to get to from the airport.

The host was very welcoming. Although it's a shared bathroom setup, there are plenty of facilities available, making it feel almost like each room has its own. The location is excellent; Jongno 3(sam)-ga, Myeongdong, Seoul Station, and Apgujeong are all nearby. Gangnam is about an hour away.
