This hotel is next to Seoul Station. It is good hotel if you need a hotel to stay just overnight to catch early train or early flight.
The hotel is part of an old building, converted 3rd floor and 4th floor of the building to the hotel. There is no lift in the building. If you have a huge luggage then you have to drag it to the 3rd floor or even the 4th floor.
Room is quite small. Bath room is even very small, no separation between wet and dry zone.
Good price. But not really an ideal hotel.

Great location, just 5 min walk to Seoul Station and shopping mall, easy to find restaurant and convenience store nearby. Room is pretty small and no elevator, we were staying at 4th Floor with large luggages. A bit noisy at night since it's very close to train station, however the hotel offers earplugs upon check in. 😄

The location is very convenient as it’s very close to seoul station. The room is small but decent for 2 for a short trip. However, the room has a very weird smell and random puddles appear on the floor (?)

Room and bathroom were clean. Location is excellent, right in front of exit 13 of seoul station.
Do note that there is no elevator, will need to carry your luggage up to 3rd/4th floor.
The entrance of the building looks demolished, and the stairs that lead up is dirty and smells like cigarettes. There are people smoking along the roadside as well.
Soundproofing is poor, may be difficult for light sleepers, though they offer free earplugs.

Great place to stay if you only have a backpack. Great place near Seoul station. It does the job if you need a place to sleep in at night. It’s my fault for not seeing that they have NO ELEVATOR. It’s not soundproof so you will hear everything from outside the streets and inside the hotel. Glad I had earplugs. Some outlets near the bed doesn’t work. The AC works. It’s fine but would not recommend and won’t be back again.

The hotel is located on the 3F of a building close to Seoul station. While convenient, the building itself is old and houses other businesses that often leave large bags of trash at the staircase landings, or have tenants that smoke in the stairwell and make the climb with your luggage even arduous.
The hotel rooms are really small and the walls are rather thin. However, the floor and sheets were clean, the toilet did not smell and the general cleanliness of the room was very good. Would visit again ONLY as a one night layover if I was travelling early from seoul station.

The first thing I noticed when I entered the room was how incredibly damp it was. Seoul has been sunny and dry lately, so I'm not sure why the room was so humid. There were bloodstains on the duvet, a lot of water on the bathroom floor, and the toilet seat was wobbly – it kept hitting my back when I sat down. I had to hold it up constantly when going for a number one, otherwise it would just slam shut. The bathroom isn't separated into wet and dry areas, and the soundproofing is poor.
For a hotel I booked for 280 won, this is equivalent to a sub-50 RMB hotel in China! The only good thing is its proximity to Seoul Station, but honestly, with these abysmal conditions, even if you just need a place to crash for one night, don't even consider this place... absolutely no value for money.

The facilities okay and room was cosy. Only the staff keep asking for additional fee eventhough i already paid for 4 people in my booking.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is near Exit 13 of Seoul Station.
The negatives:
1. On a winter night, the water heating wasn’t working. So couldn’t shower.
2. Overlooking train station. At 1245am, train stations was making announcements.
3. Check in counter is on 3rd floor, so you have to lug your luggage up at least 3 floor.
4. The room is very cramped.
