Very clean and walking distance to everythig I need in Gangnam!

1. Check-in is very convenient; the hotel will email guests their room number and password.
2. Although small, it's fully equipped with towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries. A pair of plastic slippers is provided, but disposable slippers are not available.
3. Convenient transportation; very close to Sinsa Station, and there are many interesting things to do nearby.
4. Quiet environment.

I think the location, which is close to Sinsa Station, is great.
I was a little worried about security, but there is no front desk and I received my room number and room access code via email, so I do everything myself and can stay there without meeting anyone.
I stayed here as a tourist, but there are many cosmetic surgery clinics in the area, so I think it would be a great place for those looking for cosmetic surgery.
There are also stylish cafes and local shops nearby, and I would like to use them again if I have the opportunity.

it was great stay and close to my hospital

Although it was hard to go up and down the slope in front of the hotel, the sheets and towels were clean and I had a comfortable stay otherwise!! The location is very good, so I would like to stay again.

Owner/staff. Most likely the owner as that was the only staff I saw my whole time. Freaked out when my friend just came in to help me move a few things. Very rude and inconsiderate. My friend had no intention of staying anyways. What a horrible owner. Do no recommend. Very strict and very noisy

Crab was at most mediocre, tasted very slimy. But what was worst was the customer service, where they served with an air of arrogance and were highly condescending. Could barely speak English and got annoyed at us due to poor communication. Food was overpriced too, so honestly you might want to check our nearby restaurants before settling for this.
