Cullinan Hotel and Spa in Seoul

Don't book this hotel! Everytime will work diff employees they don't know about price! They don't have regular price! Always will change price! If you book this hotel you will check out every single day 12pm! This is in Korea crazy rule even though you paid 7days or 2 weeks they don't care they will get of you more more money!! They will show you panic face and quietly will see and no answer!! Or they never explain!! They are ignoring international customers!!! Room lights darker! Bath is big, room is small not matches good. Be careful they never work for international visitors, not nice!

This time I booked a "Deluxe Double Room" with an average price of about NT$2,100 per night.
1. The room will not be cleaned every day.
2. The room has a wooden floor, which seems to be cracked in many places, but it is only covered with black tape. The musty smell is very strong, and there are traces of mold everywhere.
3. The corners of the bathroom mirror are cracked and moldy. The bathroom door is very stuck and cannot be closed. Moreover, it is moldy and I dare not pull hard... (I feel like I will tear down the door)
If you live with friends, you may want to consider the situation where you can’t close the door when you need to use the bathroom to take a shower!
The bathroom floor is also very dirty. When you flush the floor with water, black dirt comes out. The toilet is also covered in dust. It feels like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time.
4. In the double room, only one bath towel is provided, and the hair dryer handle is broken.
5. The wardrobe only has two hangers, and the cabinet is a bit broken. When opening and closing the door, it will collide with the drawer, and you have to lift it up to use it.
6. The pillows and quilts are yellowed, and the bedside table is moldy.
7. The room is not big, and can only fully open a 29-inch suitcase. It is not as big as it looks in the photo, and even the chair is broken.
8. The sound insulation is very poor. I live on the fifth floor. There is a 24-hour store downstairs. You can still hear noises until three or four in the morning every day.
9. The only advantage is probably that it is not far from the subway station, but the location is still in a suburban area.

lI recently stayed at this hotel, and I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The rooms were not well-maintained, with visible dust on the furniture and stains on the pillow case. The bathroom was especially unpleasant, with grime on the tiles. It was clear that the cleaning staff had neglected even basic hygiene standards. Location wise is good, just few mins walk to the subway station. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.
