Hotel Infini in Seoul

Overall, this stay was disappointing. This place should not be considered a hotel—it is closer to a low-quality motel or roadside inn. I reported a lighting issue to the lobby, but it was never fixed throughout my entire stay. To make matters worse, the phone in the room did not work, so I had to go downstairs in person to report the problem.

The room faced the street and was quite noisy, even late at night, making it difficult to rest. Although the staff appeared to make an effort, nothing was actually resolved. As many other reviews have mentioned, the room is extremely small and poorly designed, making it very inconvenient to use. The hotel photos are misleading—the room is much smaller than it appears.

I would recommend avoiding this property unless the absolute lowest price is your only priority. Even then, the overall quality was below what the price would justify.
