The overall environment is pretty good, and the underfloor heating was wonderfully warm! The cleanliness was also excellent. It's very close to the subway entrance, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby and a convenience store right outside. Highly recommend!

Good location for shopping in Gangnam

Absolutely no value for money. It's expensive and offers nothing else. Not only was there constant road noise, but also the sound of a small train passing every few minutes. I even wondered if it was directly above a subway line 😣? Plus, there seemed to be thumping karaoke sounds. I got no sleep at all! All this for over 900!

The transportation is indeed convenient. 7-Eleven is right downstairs, and the 6009 airport express bus goes directly there. The bus stop is a few hundred meters from the hotel, but this short stretch of road is bumpy and tough on luggage wheels. There's a 24-hour bone soup restaurant downstairs, and many sports cars pass by at night. The biggest advantages are the food near the subway and the convenient location/transportation. The hygiene, however, isn't great; the sheets were dirty. The room isn't big, barely enough space for two suitcases to open, and there are no chairs. They do provide hairspray and other amenities. The hairdryer overheats and stops automatically, and tea bags aren't provided daily. On the last day, they didn't even provide water when checking out. Be especially aware that the TV channels show adult films (be cautious if you have children).

It's fairly close to both location that I want to go which is the Chungmuro Art Theater and Spacehakdong where I went for a fansign event. And the price is pretty good and the space is huge for just one person so I feel pretty comfortable.
Only thing is the sink and toilet wasn't as clean so that's the only minus point.

Good location, 3 minutes to the subway station.
The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel provided all the necessary amenities.

The location is great. From Incheon Airport, you can take bus 6009 to Sinsa Station and walk for about 5 minutes to reach the hotel. The geographical location is quite good.
The hotel has a main building and an annex. The annex seems to be right next to a KTV, so there's a strong smell of smoke, especially near the elevator on the first floor. The key card for the room isn't very responsive either; you have to swipe it many times. However, it's quite close to Apgujeong and Itaewon, so the location is indeed excellent. That said, nearly 800 a night on a weekend feels a bit pricey for the value.

Everything was good, and the staff were very easy to communicate with! The only downside to the location is that it's not soundproof. If you're a light sleeper or have a bit of a nervous breakdown and can't tolerate any noise at night, it's best to request a room far from the elevator. However, even far from the elevator, there can be a rumbling sound, which makes it hard to sleep. I'm not sure where the noise came from, maybe it's because the doors aren't soundproof. The one good thing is that the hotel staff were very communicative and kindly helped me switch rooms!

The location is fantastic, really convenient and saves a lot of time. It's just a 2-3 minute walk from Sinsa-dong Exit 4, definitely not as far as 10 minutes. No stairs to climb, just straight roads. There's a 7-Eleven and a GS25 convenience store right downstairs. Even when the subway stops at midnight, if you're coming back after 11 PM from a concert, it doesn't feel deserted at all. There are many restaurants around Sinsa-dong subway station. The only downsides are that the hotel facilities are a bit old, there was hair on the comb, and the sheets weren't neatly made. However, it's a good value for the price.

Crab was at most mediocre, tasted very slimy. But what was worst was the customer service, where they served with an air of arrogance and were highly condescending. Could barely speak English and got annoyed at us due to poor communication. Food was overpriced too, so honestly you might want to check our nearby restaurants before settling for this.
