A good hotel. The rooms are small but cozy. It's conveniently located with a direct line to the airport.

The only thing is that my room was next to the staff's service door. So, every morning their closet door was always open, and there were many bags of towels, linen, and other cleaning supplies piled up around my door. On checkout day, it was extremely inconvenient to maneuver my luggage through all that. And generally, it's unpleasant when you have to step over things just to get to the elevator. However, I must give credit where it's due – the soundproofing is excellent, and I didn't hear anything in my room. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were soft (which was important). The staff was friendly. I didn't lower my rating, hoping the staff will see my comment and will close their closet door and not leave items scattered around guests' doors.

The hotel was conveniently located near the station, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. My room was spacious enough for one person, with a large bed and a warm ondol (underfloor heating) system. The TV wasn't working (but I didn't need it anyway).

The combined shower and toilet, and the fact that you couldn't flush toilet paper, were a bit inconvenient. There were also small bugs in the toilet, and although there was bug spray, I ended up just using my slipper.

While I didn't find it particularly noisy, I could often hear conversations from the next room, which suggested the walls were quite thin. I was told check-in would be at 4 PM because the room wasn't ready for cleaning. However, the staff were all very cheerful and friendly, which was a plus.

The hotel has underfloor heating, and the bed also has an electric blanket or something similar, making it very warm. The location is great too, very convenient for shopping. The front desk staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with.

The shower room was spacious and easy to use, but the heating was too strong, making it uncomfortably hot.

The location is great, and there's a convenience store nearby. There are also many restaurants around, and Olive Young is close by too. Myeongdong is just about a 5-minute walk away. However, when I tried to check in around 5 PM, there was no one at the front desk. There was a note saying to call a certain number, but I called many times and couldn't get through. I also tried calling another number from their website, but still no luck. After waiting at the front desk for about 30 minutes, a staff member came down from the elevator, and I was finally able to check in. By the way, you need to check in in person to get the key card. That waiting time felt like such a waste. If you can overlook that one issue, I'd still recommend it because the location is excellent.

They were very kind to me. In the morning, there's also complimentary coffee at the front desk. The look of the place is what you'd expect for the price, but it's perfect for solo travelers. It's also just a 4-5 minute walk from City Hall Station Exit 7.

Facilities: The room is quite small, but perfectly adequate for a solo traveler.

Cleanliness: Good, no issues with cleanliness.

Environment: There's a bar right across from the window, but the soundproofing is excellent. Couldn't hear a thing with the window closed.

Service: The older gentleman at the front desk was very kind, and his English was excellent, so communication was seamless.

They allowed me to check in much earlier than expected. The room was clean and check-in was very easier. It's well-located with many restaurants nearby and close to the subway station. A great stay!
