The hair dryer was broken, but I mentioned it at the front desk and they lent me another one.
The spacious luggage storage area was great!
There was also a bathtub!
The bed was on the hard side.

The receptionists are divided into those who speak fluent Japanese and those who can't speak a word of Japanese at all.
I lost my room card key and had to pay 2,000 yen.

Cons: Please note that the bed is really really hard (it's like sleeping on the floor), causing backaches after sleeping everyday. The bed was also a little smaller than expected, like a standard queen size bed. We didn't switch on the aircon as it was cold outside and the aircon has some smoke/ cig smell. One of the nights, our room, 801 has some issues with the auto door lock, and we wanted help to check on it. The staff that came up shouted at us, slammed the door and said it's working fine. One of the remote control buttons also open up to a sex channel, so beware!
Got an executive room with a message chair inside, love it. Simple breakfast (toasts and 2 pcs of boiled eggs and cereals). Water bottles are free with some juices.
Samsung air purifier?was in the room.
No laundry and the perfume are way too strong not sure what they are covering. But at least the room has no mold.
