K-Guesthouse Dongdaemun in Seoul

I used this hotel on my first trip to Korea! I was worried about whether I could flush the toilet paper, but it flushes perfectly fine, and it has tissues, extra toilet paper, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and a microwave (shared). Be aware that there are no amenities provided! There's a box for used towels, and you can get new towels from the front desk. The towels are hand towel size, so if you want a bath towel, you might want to bring your own! The unit bathroom is small, so the toilet gets wet, but it's fine if you use the toilet before showering! You can adjust the shower temperature, and it's nice and warm! The walls between rooms are thin, so you can hear showers and conversations, but considering how cheap the accommodation is, I think it's perfectly acceptable! I especially recommend it for people who are mainly sightseeing and don't have much time at the hotel!

The location is excellent; if you take the bus from Incheon Airport and get off at the Baiton Hotel stop, you'll see the hotel right in front of you! (You can buy bus tickets with a credit card at the ticket machines inside the airport.) I also used the bus to get to Incheon Airport, and I boarded at the Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel! That's probably the closest option. (I purchased it using a credit card through the Klook app.) It cost around 1800 yen each way.

If you want to take the train to somewhere, you'll need to walk a little, but it's only about 5 minutes, so I'd say it's quite close!

If you want to shop in Dongdaemun, it's less than a 10-minute walk, which is great! Gwangjang Market is also within easy walking distance.

I was wondering if this hotel had an elevator, and it did, which was fantastic! Also, I was personally worried about the type of power adapter needed, but the SE type worked perfectly, and I found that even Type C plugs worked just fine!

And most importantly, the hotel host's kind explanations and service were absolutely amazing!!!

I booked a superior queen room! The room was decently clean, but the bed is SUPER comfortable. Pillows are extremely soft. Also, the closest subway station is an 8~ minute walk, so its convenient to get to other places. I definitely recommend this place if you're a solo traveler, the price is reasonable and the quality is good.

great budget hotel. we were three girls that had three single beds but they were all basically next to each other as a super king. very small walking space that we had to take turns to open our luggages & bathroom didn’t fully close. all that being said it does the job and it’s clean and has laundry on a diff floor at a cost, currency exchange, and scale in lobby. does its job

The hotel is easy to find on a large street but feels a little quieter because it’s a subway stop distance away from the stops at DDP or Euljiro 3 ga or Euljiro 4 ga. But it does have a stairwell right in front to the subway tunnels (Euljiro 5 ga) so you can walk to the subway out of the cold.
The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful answering all our questions and were quick to respond for any requests (towels brought up immediately, etc). The rooms are on the smaller side but were comfortable with enough space for 2 ppl and 4 suitcases.

I thought it was next to Dongdaemun History & Culture Park, but I booked the wrong place. Luckily, it wasn't too far and was fairly quiet.

The owner was extremely friendly. The room was small, but fine for sleeping. The location was very convenient, and the guesthouse had an elevator. Although the walls were thin, everyone was very considerate and quiet, making it quite comfortable.

I stayed here with my two children. I didn't expect it to be so clean and spacious. The location is also very good. It's very close to Dongdaemun. I will stay here again next time. By the way, the boss is also very nice.

It's very convenient because you can take a bus from Incheon Airport right in front of the hotel!
There's a convenience store nearby and the staff are there so it's safe☺️
