I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something affordable but still conveniently located in Seoul. This is my second time staying here and I’ll definitely come back again. Miss Bella the owner is very responsive and very kind to us. Thank you so much Miss Bella 🤗

The subway station (Sookmyung Station Exit 1) is only about 100m away, very near and walkable. Just a tip: in Korea, most stations have lots of stairs, so be ready for some climbing—but there are also options to avoid them. I suggest downloading Naver Map since it’s more accurate than Google Maps when navigating.

The hot water wasn't working well, which was inconvenient. The sink faucet was also loose, and the bathroom was so small I could barely wash my face. The washing machine... doesn't seem to be working properly. I tried washing a single sock, and even after 50 minutes, the detergent suds were still there. It's convenient if you're traveling by train since it's near the station. They really need to improve their facility maintenance.

Need to walk quite a bit of distance to the Seoul Station. Room is really small, toilet is also really small. Quite dusty and the washing machine a bit dirty. If you are on a budget can still give it a try.

Hotel facilities are very good..owner and staff are very kind, helpful,and always smile..Location also good, close to subway, convenient store, restaurant, shopping, and many more..just around you..For me, it is valuable and save money with comfortable place..

Stayed at the private room. Room size is quite small but all facilities are available. Great place in term for a hostel. The location is superb! 5 minutes walk from Sookmyung station (1 station from Seoul station). The staff is very nice.

The room and bathroom had a lot of mold. It wasn't cleaned properly either. Only the location was good.

We had a comfortable stay and this is really close to Seoul Station which is really great since we need to leave early because we are going to Busan. The place also has a luggage storage which is great if you need to checkout but still need to stroll around Seoul. We will definitely book here again.

We chose the guesthouse because of its super convenient location, right opposite to the Seoul Station. Most of the services were self-service based, but very convenient and safe. Worth a try for those travellers in pursuit of efficiency and a pleasant location.
