I really like the hotel concept about sustainability! There are different initiatives from the hotel to promote sustainability and the mascot of the hotel is special as well! Hotel room size just fit two huge luggage. Location is really close to metro and different cafes/ convenience store!

Honestly, everything was pretty subpar. It's really not suitable for guests traveling with pets. The room was tiny, couldn't even fit my suitcase. Pets aren't allowed on the first floor or the 17th floor. We checked in at 3 PM, and even getting a coffee on the first floor with my pet wasn't allowed. Seriously, it's ridiculous; there's nowhere we could go with the pet.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cappuccino. The location is perfect — close to great shopping spots and so many delicious food options around. The hotel has a modern and stylish vibe, and the lifestyle shop inside is really unique. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city for both comfort and convenience!

Great location, with convenience stores and cafes everywhere, and only 100 meters from the subway. The environment is also very good, the staff are friendly, and the hotel's decor is new and trendy.

It was not what I was expecting given the pictures on the website. The entrance in the room is very narrow. There's not a lott of room to store your luggage if you have big suitcases. The rooftop bar was nice with a great view. The staff was helpful, and the room was cleaned. A plus!

The location is perfect, and the facilities and service of the hotel are good. However, the wall between the rooms is thin, and I can clearly hear sounds from my next door neighbors

They said check-in was at 3 PM, and they wouldn't let me in a minute earlier. I stayed here in 2017 and came back in 2025, and I still really like it. The subway station is just a three-minute walk away.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were stylish and unique, with a cool design that made the stay more interesting. The location in Gangnam-gu was perfect—close to shops, cafes, and public transport, so getting around was easy.
I tried the cafe on the first floor once, and the food was tasty—no complaints. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made check-in and the overall experience smooth.
A great choice for anyone visiting the area—I’d definitely stay here again.
