Because it is not possible to give 0 star, I gave 1 but if I could, this hotel would have 0!
I would not even consider this as a hotel. It is just a collection of rooms that some (very) questionable people use to run their business (questionable business).
I booked the hotel for 6 nights and I (literally) run away from it after the second night.
I was on a business trip and I decided to spend my own money to go to a different hotel rather than stay there for even one more night.
There is NO reception.
Nobody will help you if you need anything (no reception at all!).
When I was there, I could not sleep as screams from other rooms were so loud and scary. not only they kept me awake but they scared me so much that I run away. I was really scared for my life.
I cannot say that the fault of this place was the clearness of the bedshits or bathroom sink, the main issue was that I did NOT feel safe in this establishment. I literally run away from this place. if you can, avoid at all cost. Avoid and run the away from this place!

The environment is terrible and the staff service is extremely poor. There is constant noise throughout the entire night because the rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear everything, which makes it impossible to rest.
Cleanliness is just average at best. The housekeeping staff are irresponsible and clearly do not care about their job. Sometimes the room is not even cleaned properly.
The hotel staff on duty are also very unprofessional. They work carelessly and when you ask for help, they simply refuse or give dismissive responses without any willingness to assist. Overall, this place is a huge disappointment. I would absolutely not recommend staying here. 😡

I was very satisfied with both the amenities and facilities. They cleaned my room without me having to ask while I was out, which made for a pleasant stay. The room had an electric kettle and a refrigerator, and there was also a microwave on the first floor, which was great. Thank you!

The room was thoroughly cleaned! It was very warm thanks to the underfloor heating, even without turning on the air conditioning. I would definitely like to stay here again! Thank you very much!!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The location is super convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station and shopping areas, making it effortless to go out and explore food and attractions. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very soundly at night. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and check-out and very enthusiastic. They even proactively shared information about nearby food spots and attractions. While the facilities aren't luxurious, they're fully equipped – hot water was plentiful, and the internet speed was fast, perfectly meeting all my travel needs. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

It was great that it was within walking distance from the nearest station. It was tough carrying heavy luggage though, as I couldn't find any stairs. I appreciated that they cleaned the room and refilled the water. There's no front desk; check-in and check-out are self-service, so if that's a concern for you, it might be best to choose another place.

The hotel housekeeping staff were good, cleaning every day and changing towels daily. The rooms were good. Overall, everything was good.

At first, I didn't realize it was a self-service hotel with no front desk, which gave me a fright, thinking I wouldn't be able to get the key. Luckily, someone called and I managed to retrieve the key card. The room was clean, very good, and felt safe. The location is excellent and very convenient.

It's decent! Just a heads-up, there's no elevator. For the price and location, it's pretty okay. It's about a 15-minute walk to the subway station, so not super close. On the plus side, there are coffee shops and eateries right downstairs. The room gets fresh duvet covers and bottled water daily.
