The room was very clean, and the location was decent. It was the largest room I've stayed in among all the hotels in Korea. There was a slight issue during check-in, but it was resolved perfectly.

Very big room and very clean. Many restaurants nearby the hotel. The only problem is Aircon will be off when it reaches the set temperature. The room will be very hot then.

Perfect for four people, especially with friends. The room was spacious and very clean, and it's super close to the subway station. I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Busan!

The family room was unexpectedly spacious, with clearly defined functional areas. The bathroom featured a separate shower, bathtub, toilet, and vanity. Besides the bedroom, the room also had a dedicated lounge area and dining area, along with a special sanitizing wardrobe. Everything was perfect, except the pillow was a bit too high for me. The hotel's location is excellent, just over 300 meters on foot from Exit 7 of City Hall Station on Metro Line 3. It offers great value for money.

There were two major issues with our stay.

First, the room had a strong renovation smell that was hard to get rid of, even with an air purifier. It gave me a headache.

Second, when we checked out in the morning, I left a red bracelet on the table in the room. We double-checked our luggage and it wasn't there. We tried calling the hotel via internet calls in the afternoon, but they didn't answer after ten attempts. After contacting the platform, they only reported that they couldn't find it. We suspect they didn't even bother to check with the cleaning staff. The bracelet wasn't expensive, but it was very important to me. The hotel's indifference was heartbreaking. Things don't just disappear into thin air, but they can be lost to us forever if management doesn't care. This incident ruined our entire experience in Busan. When we returned to the hotel to pick up our luggage, there was no way the bracelet would still be there. The hotel provided no effective feedback at any point. This whole situation was appallingly poor, both in terms of professionalism and service quality. If there's no proper explanation or if they continue with superficial responses, we will file a complaint and will not tolerate businesses that show such disregard for a guest's personal belongings.

The room is spacious and clean, and it's close to the subway station. There are restaurants and convenience stores downstairs, making it a highly recommended hotel. The owner of the fruit shop downstairs is also very nice.

The staff service was okay, but the room facilities weren't very comfortable. The location is good, near Busan City Hall, with many restaurants around. There's also a trendy shop downstairs with delicious food.
