Clean and very friendly. I was touched that they upgraded my room because I was staying for multiple nights. There are many restaurants nearby and it's also great for walks. I want to visit again!

I opened the kettle to boil water for ramen, and it smelled as if someone had been using it as an ashtray, or smoking right in front of it. The bathroom reeked of smoke after I showered, and I ended up with a headache from the persistent cigarette smell in the room. Don't they check the kettles when cleaning? The front desk only operates until 2 AM, but the smell was so overwhelming and gave me such a headache that I couldn't sleep and kept calling them. While they did make the effort to clean the drain, there was no apology, and it just left a bad taste on my last day. The response was disappointing. Because of this, I don't think I'll be returning.

It looks newly renobated. was very clean and comfortable. perfect location and great ocean/beach view.

Lovely, comfortable room with lots of space to relax in. I wasn't looking on to the beach, more to one side but in the mornings I could hear the waves so that was nice. It is right at the end of the beach so you are within walking distance of loads of restaurants, cafes and convience stores. It was so nice that i wasn't comfortable walking around on the beach in case I tracked sand back into the hotel! They made the check in and check out process easy.

Location; It is very near to Gwangalli Beach, right down the building and have several near bus stops for convenient access about a 5-10mins of walking distance bus stops. Lots of eateries around.
Staff, facilities, room; The staff are able to speak English, communication will not be an issue and good hospitality service from them. I did not go for the breakfast option, but the overall facilities seems decent. The room is comfortable and spacious.
