Service: The front desk staff was incredibly warm and friendly. I was genuinely impressed by her fluency in both Japanese and English. They offer room cleaning and towel changes, and they even tidy up the desk and fold pajamas.
Environment: It's about a 10-minute walk from Nampo Subway Station and the bus stop. Right downstairs is a huge pedestrian street with many large shops and a food street. Jagalchi Fish Market, Gukje Market, and Busan Tower are all within walking distance, making it an excellent location. Despite being in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet at night. Even with the street lit up below, I didn't find it particularly noisy.
Cleanliness: Very clean. The public areas like the hallways and lobby were also spotless and smelled pleasant.
Facilities: Room soundproofing is a common issue in most hotels. It felt like the ceiling was a bit thin as I could hear footsteps and conversations from the floor above. However, the soundproofing here is still better than 70-80% of hotels. You can hear muffled sounds, but they're not distinct.

Overall, I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend it.

The facilities were quite basic. Power outlets were few and far between and quite loose. It was very inconvenient having to manually hold any adapter in place to keep it connected, and surprisingly, there were no USB charging ports at all. Its location within a market, surrounded by street food stalls and a Lotte Supermarket, is convenient for those short on time who want to stock up on supplies in the evening. Overall, my impression was quite average.

Its downtown Nampo-dong location is absolutely perfect for enjoying the nightlife! All the great restaurants nearby are within easy walking distance. What's more, pojangmacha (street food stalls) even set up right outside at night, making it incredibly convenient to grab a drink, soak in the atmosphere, and then simply head back inside to sleep! Parking is also super convenient as it's located within a shopping mall.

The location was convenient, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. While the room was a bit small, this is understandable for a business hotel. Although breakfast service isn't provided, complimentary coffee and tea are available. There's also a smoking room conveniently located just outside the 6th-floor lobby. The water pressure and amenities were decent, certainly not bad. Overall, I was satisfied with the value for money. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby.

I booked a deluxe double room this time. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel's location is excellent for exploring, being less than a 10-minute walk from Jagalchi Subway Station. BIFF Square, Bupyeong Kkangtong Market, Gukje Market, and Jagalchi Fish Market are all within easy walking distance, allowing you to conveniently explore them all. The hotel also has excellent soundproofing, providing a quiet retreat in a bustling area.

Overall was a good experience of this hotel. We were given a room with a nice view of the Busan Tower. The room was a good size for a couple. The location is about 200m away from the train station. Along the way, you will pass by many stores and there are many food to buy. As the main entrance is along a small street, would not recommend to stay out too late.
