HY Realty Hotel in Busan

The accommodation costs about 50,000 won per night and has a parking lot, but the fees are not listed in the information. They demanded a 30,000 won parking fee upon arrival. In the end, the total accommodation cost exceeded 80,000 won. Annoyed, I mentioned canceling my reservation while parking, but was told to go ahead and cancel. I requested a cancellation, but it was refused, so I was unable to get a refund for the approximately 50,000 won I had already paid.

I don't know if it is an authorized parking lot or not, but a night parking pass for 30,000 won? And at the accommodation itself? Unless you've been shot, who would go there? You should have just figured out the 80,000 won parking + accommodation fee from the start.

The parking lot is spacious and convenient, but
no breakfast available and the bathroom is corroded.
The towels smell like someone used them.
The lights are out and flicker like flashlights.

When checking in, it turns out you had to pay an extra 30,000 won for each night. Supposedly for cleaning the room. But the cleaning was of poor quality. There was hair on the table, sand all over. Cockroaches were crawling in the bathtub. We noticed 2 living ones. I categorically do not recommend it.

It's a shame to give it even one star. It's so dirty, cold, smelly, and the soundproofing from the room next door is a mess.

If you write a bad review on an accommodation app, report it as a violation of personal rights and maintain the rating. But looking at it recently, it seems like more than one or two people feel the same way because there are similar reviews to mine. The reason I don't go back after going once is because I'm scared that they'll delete it again, so I can't write it.
