A very satisfying stay. The location is great, right in Haeundae. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach, and the hotel is situated between Dongbaek and Haeundae subway stations, both of which are less than a 10-minute walk away.

This hotel in Haeundae is very convenient due to near the metro. The staff is nice and cab speak English fluent. The staff settled my issues immediately. The facilities are excellent and the price is very reasonable.
Free coffe provided at lobby.

The room is spacious with a hugeeeee balcony. Location is also very close to Haeundae beach by walk, also there are convenient marts right next to the hotel. What i love the most about this hotel is their shampoo & conditioner!! The scent is great and makes my hair look so healthy hehehe. Staff is also nice. Would recommend this hotel to my friends if they’re coming to Busan :)

This hotel is excellent. The female receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are complete. It was a great stay. We were a group of people preventing a 'Ma Gong' (likely a specific person or type of guest causing trouble, or a playful jab at someone in their group). It has a bathtub. The cocoa sauce was nice.

The rooms are smart and modern, offering a quiet retreat despite being in a bustling area. The metro is just a 7-8 minute walk away, and the Haeundae Grand Bathhouse is right across the street. The pedestrian street is also easily accessible, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, always quick to answer questions and resolve any issues. The bedding was clean and hygienic. This hotel is suitable for all kinds of travelers and definitely worth recommending.

This hotel in Haeundae is incredibly convenient! The service is excellent, and the staff are all very kind and attentive. The location is absolutely perfect; the beach is just a few steps away, easily walkable. There are tons of convenience stores nearby, and the main walking street with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options is just a short stroll further. It's super easy to get around, shop, and enjoy the sea. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay.

Facilities: Great and very safe. The room was spacious and even had a bidet.
Service: Excellent! There was an English-speaking front desk, and even if they didn't speak English, they'd use a translator. Their attitude was fantastic.
My delivery address was wrong and I didn't know how to fix it, but they helped me change it.
I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Korea. The front desk staff spoke excellent English (I didn't encounter anyone with better English after that! 😄). The room was very spacious, and the lighting was bright, not dim at all. There was a sofa and a small coffee table, which was very convenient for placing things and relaxing. It even had a clothes sterilizer! The balcony looked just like the pictures, but it was too cold to use, which was a bit of a shame.
