THIS IS THE FIRST TIME , I'VE ENDED UP BOOKING SUCH A BAD HOTEL........I BOOKED THREE DAYS FOR THIS BAD HOTEL.......HE WANTED ME TO LEAVE AT 8AM AND NOT RETURN TO THE HOTEL UNTIL 11PM EVERY DAY ............BUT I BOOKED IS THREE DAYS ......VERY VERY BAD HOTEL.......WE HAVE CALL POLICE TO COME .....BUT ALSO UNABLE TO RESOLVE....VERY BAD HOTEL.......I WILL NEVER BOOKING THIS HOTEL 25 SEOMYEON AGAIN......

This place is the worst.
They said I could store my luggage, but then just told me to leave it in front of the front desk and that they wouldn't be responsible if it got lost.
To save electricity, they don't even turn on the lights in the hallway, the heating in the room barely works, the fridge wasn't plugged in, there's no hairdryer, and no soap or body wash.
To flush the toilet, you have to use a lever on the side of the toilet, not the visible button, and they didn't even tell me that verbally, so I spent ages trying to figure it out.
I booked a cheap place just to sleep, so I didn't have high expectations, but the service at the front desk was so unhelpful, and the facilities were terrible.
Seriously, unless you absolutely need nothing else but a place to sleep, do not go here.

It is not clean and i found hair everywhere in my room. Moreover, room was cold, AC is not working. The most disturbing thing is that their weird rule of re-check in an out, it is scam!!! Avoid this hotel!!! I will never return this hotel. The staff was rude

I will never stay here again. I checked out after just six hours and moved to another hotel. Even though I didn't get my cancellation fee back, I still thought it was better than staying there. I want to erase this from my memory.

When we arrived at around 16:00, we were told to come back at 19:00 to check in.
When we come back later at 20:00, we were told the actual check in time is 23:00.
If you want to waste your time to beg for check in. Book this hotel.
When we arrived at around 16:00 and not allowed to check in, we requested to store our luggages at the hotel. They refuse us and told us the CCTV are all not functional.
We were told to check out every morning at 8:00. We finally compromise to pay 40000 won more to not to check out daily. But the last day we still have to check out at 8:00.
If you can tolerate the hotel not to provide basic hotel service. Book this hotel.

*Be aware of their re-chec policy*
They use price technique to make me confused. It is very affordable when you make on trip.com, but their policy I have to do everyday checkout everyday between 5am to 8am even i booked 4nights stay. I have to re-checkin everyday from 11pm to 2am.
In term of avoid this everyday re-check and re-check out, I have to pay 20,000 won per day as extra.

I've traveled a lot of foreign countries, but I've never been so unfriendly and the internal facilities were the worst. The female employee who worked in the morning was kind, but the old male employee who worked at night was extremely unfriendly.
When I entered the hotel, I couldn't use the bathtub, and no shampoo neren, soap, water, or toothbrush toothpaste were provided.
The price was cheap by booking online, but I had to leave at 8 am the next day after entering the room at 11 p.m. and paying an additional fee to continue using it.
From now on, I will reveal the inside of the room I photographed.

This is by far the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. The hygiene is absolutely disgusting – the room smelled horrible, the sheets were dirty, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The service? Even worse. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to any complaints. NOTHING looks like the pictures online. It’s a total scam. The entire system is a mess: from check-in to payment, everything is disorganized and frustrating. I honestly regret ever booking this place. Stay away at all costs!
