The owner (or perhaps the owner) often patrols the place and it was very clean.
The only disappointing thing was that, although it may not be the property's fault, my roommate in the 6-person room was talking loudly even after 11pm, making it impossible to sleep.
I wish the property would impose some rules on keeping the room quiet at night.
Overall it was good.
