A very negative experience. The hotel was dirty, the room was a stuffy, windowless box with no ventilation, and the bathroom had mold and hair remnants. On top of that, it was unsafe: electrical cables were tangled with the curtain, posing a real fire hazard. Definitely one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I do not recommend it at all.

We had a terrible experience. The location was good, and the price was reasonable, but the facilities were terrible. The bathroom window was broken and hadn't been repaired with tape. There were no hooks in the entire bathroom, so we couldn't put towels or clothes there. We requested a room change, but they refused. The room felt less full because there were few people coming and going. We stayed four nights, and one night the elevator was broken, so we had to go up and down the six floors. It was ridiculous.

Hotel is convenient and the room was clean and spacious. It was a modern Korean style where you take off your shoes first.

It's very close to Exit 12 of Seomyeon MRT Station (there's an elevator next to the luggage compartment). There are many restaurants in the basement. It's a bustling yet quiet place, and quiet yet bustling. The room with two double beds has a separate wet and dry bathroom👍🏻. The room also has a microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. After washing clothes, you can borrow a clothes drying rack from the front desk. Open the window, leave early and come back late, and your clothes will be dry. Wash clothes before bed at night, turn on the air conditioner, and wake up in the morning to dry clothes👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Super Lousy services, as i booked the bigger room, and upon check in given me a room half the size i booked. and confronted them, and say no rooms nothing they can do and especially i booked thru other booking platforms . ruin my holidays for a family of 4 ! avoid at all cost

The staff are very nice and helpful and we had enjoyed a very good service there.

Pros: Big room with laundry
Cons: You cannot leave the hotel room if you start a 2 hour laundry cycle
There is no dryer
They forbid you from charging your devices when you are out of the room
They did not let me make a (toll-free) call to unlock a credit card. Furthermore, they kept cryptically changing their reason/excuse

Not recommended at all, look for another place. We booked 3 nights based on the good reviews on Booking. As soon as we entered the room, it smelled of tobacco and was dirty, with stains on the walls from bodily fluids and the finishes were completely outdated. The pipes make noise at night, and the soundproofing between rooms is non-existent. The icing on the cake came when on the second night we lost the plastic card that serves as the room key. When we asked for a replacement key, the girl at the front desk told us it would cost a 20,000 won surcharge. I fully understand that it’s our fault and there’s a penalty, but it was clearly abusive and not mentioned anywhere in writing. Additionally, the receptionist didn’t speak English (or pretended not to understand us), and she didn’t even ask us to confirm our details before giving (and charging us for) a copy of the room key. There are much better places to stay in Busan.

Good location, pretty good room, comfortable bed, good TV. Only issue is the heat in the room. Too hot to sleep. We were here 2 nights and no heat control in the room. If it weren’t for heat issue I would give much better score.
