I don’t really care that this is a ‘love motel’ but they could at least clean it. The bed was terrible, and clearly not intended for sleeping. The bed side table was covered in dirt and mould, and the wall beside the bed was covered in stains.
The toilet didn’t flush properly, and the huge glass bathroom wall *without frosting* was just weird.

We left within half an hour and booked somewhere else to stay.

As you can see from the pictures, black mold, strange smells, rotting parts and never cleaned air conditioner. The smell was so bad in the 506 room, that the next day we just went away. The pictures the owner is selling the rooms are not valid, plus, they charging a hidden fee when you continously use the rooms, no matter if you booked and paid for many days. You have to check out every day and re-check in, you cannot leave your luggage here. This is something called SCAM! Agoda should use a quality check system which declines these owners from the system, who are neglecting their hostels and scamming the guests.

Very disappointed with my stay. I booked a business class room but the room I was given was completely different and not as described. The room was so cold that I had to sleep in my clothes and I was still freezing - the floor heating did not work and they did not give me a remote for the air conditioner. My store bought water bottle froze overnight as if it had been in the freezer - that's how cold it was. There were no toiletries and the towel was tiny - barely enough to dry my hands. Check in is not until 6pm which is very inconvenient. The most alarming thing is that the door opens with a simple code "1234" without any key card. They gave me a card, it only turned on the electricity in the room when I entered and that’s it. Where is the security of the door? In the middle of the night the landline phone in my room started ringing very loudly - louder than any alarm clock, probably heard throughout the entire hotel. I jumped up abruptly. I picked up the phone, no one answered. Then someone started slamming doors in the hallway. I really felt unsafe and couldn’t sleep anymore, the simple password to the door was stuck in my head. One of the worst night experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t recommend this place.

Down at the counter the manager is an old man from the temple he won't be able to communicate with the client very rude and the room was very dirty and there was a smell of sewage the TV doesn't work the room was very cold well the smell was very stinky the floors were very dirty I don't advise anyone to visit here🦠🦠🦠

Very bad, don't go to that hotel, the only good thing is location, but in this area you can find many better hotels. Literally made my trip I was looking for worse. This hotel wasn't even booked by me, but by trip.com as my original hotel planned some fire drill, therefore when I was already travelling to Asia they let me know about that and suggested this hotel as an option, I was literally going to the airport and had no time so just agreed to book for me...but I think that if they are booking they should look at the the amenities I had in previous hotel as I was for example relying on lagguage storage but this hotel doesn't provide that, moreover the check in is really late in the evening so you have to go through so much husstle. This really complicated everything and stressed me out. However, this platform to begin with should have stopped offering this hotel as it has so many bad reviews which are true, like for example bugs or cockroaches or whatever it is, this is unacceptable for ANY hotel! I tried to deal with it at the reception，they said the hotel is full so cannot change the room so I asked at least for a bug spray. Then I was trying to deal with this platform to do something about it, the good thing is they are really quick in responding but in this case not with resolving the problem. I had booked 2 nights so I was asking for rebooking at least the second night to another hotel, but they were saying that the hotel refuses a refund and basically if I would want to change hotel I have to book it all over again and pay for it without any money back. Also they just offered me around 900 points worth like 9€ which is not even a half of the hotel's price for night, I mean I wanted a place where I can safely sleep and as this hotel wasn't my 1st option to go and not my fault I expected better resolution.

Don’t come here!! No shampoo,conditioner and body wash,no toothpaste and toothbrush,no hairdryer,no water (if you want to drink water you have to go to lobby) ,no hot water in shower,strange smell from the toilet🤮

All you can do there is only sleep

They will ask you to pay 20000 won to stay in the room even when booking consecutive nights, otherwise u' re supposed to leave at 11:30am and come back at 7:30pm leaving your luggages outside without custody. You' ll end up paying double the price.

Great location and the room was beautiful but a bit shabby. The mattress was really hard but the pillows were heavenly. I was initially told at check in that I was going to be charged a fee despite checking in not even half an hour after the alleged check in time, which I thought was weird. The hotel seems a bit understaffed. The towels provided were small in size and the only toiletries provided were hand soap and toilet paper.

For 20 dollars a night, you pay for what you get but ive definitely been to other hotels in korea for around the same price range for a better room than here. There are stains on bed sheets, hair on the bed, eye contacts on the wall?, broken toilet and sink, and maybe more problems within one room. If you don't mind these issues and can get around them for a night then sure this place is somewhere to stay, but hotel rooms should be cleaned properly and any maintenance should be fixed because its a hotel. Koreans are mainly clean people and even other cheap hotels wouldnt have these problems and have been to many cheap hotels in Korea, but 2Heaven hotel ranks the top worst hotels for me.

The room smelled extremely bad, and it was dusty. They have an unusable bidet. The sewage odour creeped into the room and we were accused of not using the toilet properly when all instructions (at the register) were in Korean. The shower head was very rusty and even the bathroom sink moves. Receptionists were awfully rude and unhelpful. I will never recommend to stay here.
